It was reported it and the manager did what he could, but it was still working through the cement floor. He was going to change or room, but the only option was to go to the second floor. I was using a walker and could not do the stairs, no elevator. They gave us extra towels to put where it would drip. All was good and we were compensated. The manager was very helpful."

"Second time we stayed here. This was the half way point of our trip and they allowed us to have our dog stay with us. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and kind. The Mexican restaurant was really good and not expensive. It’s not a luxury resort, but you get a lot for the price."

"The fire alarm was set off by someone vaping in the bathroom within minutes of us arriving to our 3rd floor room. Having a baby in his stroller was an issue because of needing to take the stairs. I am sure there are signs but maybe make them bigger so people know not to smoke inside. Coffee maker did not work. Everything else was great. Loved the shower!"
