Perfectly good hotel. Not fancy but clean, inexpensive and close walk to Pattaya main city and beach (not that I would recommend either!). Nice Mexican restaurant just outside.

Great front end staff and exceptional cleaning by the girls. There is several restaurants a few blocks down from the hotel that I completely missed on my first few visits. The staff are super friendly.

Great stay and great staff. Water pressure is very poor however having exceptional staff as they do I could over look the trickle of water for a shower.

Old hotel, which needs a lot of work. Despite this the cleaning staff do a great job. It is on the main Baht bus route between Pattaya and Jomtien. Pool area was simple but good, nice water temperature and generally in shade.

Great customer service- lack of hot water due to a faulty thermostat on the heater- 4 days of one minute hot then cold for 10 minutes - didn’t get resolved - it was looked at. Said it was faulty and left!
