It's in a nice quiet area very close to the action, and my room was huge on the quiet third floor. Tv, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, Etc. However the Wi-Fi connection was poor and the hot water was very erratic, hot one minute and cold the next. Otherwise a good value.

Great value. Easy to relax. Night life, money exchange and baht bus minutes away. Hotel has elevator, if you don't like stairs. Only thing missing is a safe in the room.

Worst hotel experience in Pattaya

I showed up to reception to check-in. It was empty. There was no sign of “Will return in 1 hour” or “30 minute break” waited for a long time and walked out to look for a hotel somewhere else. My advise, don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere else.
