Amazing staff!! Room was so comfortable and clean, pool was very nice! The property is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, you feel like you’re isolated (in a good way).

Highly reccomended hotel

Really great hotel with amazing swimming pool and other amenities. The outdoor pool bar has a good selection of really reaonably priced food and drinks. And dailyhappy hours.

I booked this hotel based on a 9.4 review on Expedia. At check in, the clerk seemed confused. I had a confirmed booking with Expedia but she told us to have a seat with no explanation. We waited for about twenty minutes and then my wife went back to the counter to inquire.. They said they had two rooms but I told her that I had just booked one room for three(10 yoa) child. I asked her if they had a folding bed for her. She said it would an extra charge if we changed and it seemed she was uninteresting in trying to accommodate. We had to make her a bed on a small sofa in the room with covers from one of the beds. It was a deluxe room. No microwave, a spot of blood on one of the bed covers, no hand soap. Breakfast was VERY MEDIOCRE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. On checkout, the clerk asked us to take a seat while they checked the room. Then they cleared us to leave. Nope. First time and last time. Be advised.

The expedia map showed this place to be in Jomtien beach, one block from the ocean. After booking, I found no hotel at that location. So I ended up having to take another taxi to the real location, which is 4–5 KM inland. I’m not sure whose fault this was. But the hotel was nice, clean and spacious, despite not really being in an area that I was looking for.
