Reception staff was very unprofessional, rude and they were on their phone whole time. Our room bathroom was dirty so I asked to change which they did change however they were very rude. The wifi doesn’t work at all on 7th floor so we had no wifi. Ac doesn’t work properly, bathroom shower barely works.

Hôtel vieux, les fenêtres ne ferment pas hermétiquement. Le soir invasion d'insectes en tout genre, je suis parti immédiatement de cet enfer. Le réseau wifi est inexistant dans les chambres. Les chambres sont très vieillottes. Cet hôtel est une vraie HONTE! À ÉVITER

Vil Ikke anbefale dette hotellet for lengre opphold. To tre netter er ok. Avsides langt fra strand og shopping. Store rom hyggelig betjening, men frokosten var Ikke bra.

직원들은 친절하나 우선 파타야 해변까지의 거리가 멀고 택시비가 비싸기 때문에 접근성이 떨어지고 시설은 모텔정도의 수준이라고 보면 됩니다 무엇보다도 호텔진입로에 버려진 개가 사람을 위협해서 위협을 많이 느꼈습니다
