ビーチロード沿いで立地、価格はお手頃だが客室の老朽化が目立ちます。 プールや寝るだけと割り切れば快適だが、浴室内などが特に気になりました。 以前よりwifiの速度は速くなっており、快適でした。

With hosting too many events, didn't feel like a cozy place to relax. Especially on my arrival day, the noise from an event in the yard didn't let me take a nap and rest that evening. And because of that I couldn't enjoy my first night in town , as I planned. This was mentioned in one of reviews, but I took my chance...

Great hotel with fantastic staff

Stayed at Amari Garden for 8 days, lovely staff and fantastic open spaces. the grounds and lobby were the highlights. Pool area also very good. Overall cannot fault, and the location makes it very handy to central Pattaya. I recommend a room with a balcony, as the rooms without, are too dark.

A dated hotel in need of internal rennovation

Beautiful large hotel close to the beach on the nicer side of town. Unfortunately no lifts in the hotel and the power supply seems to be over worked. Power surges happen frequently and TV signal loss. The staff and grounds were great though. Once the power issues are sorted this would be a great stay, just be prepared for climbing stairs to your room.

The staff is wonderful but the Hotel is old and the linen as does the room need to be remodeled. The towels ,sheets have holes . The food is ok but not great.

leider das letzte Mal im Amari Garden

In den letzten zwei Jahren wählte ich jedes Mal (5 Male) Amari Garden als Ausgang meiner Thailand Reisen. Es gefiel mir/uns stets, weil der Park mit dem riesigen Swimmingpool einmalig für Pattaya ist/war. Der Strand von Pattaya ist nicht einladend, das kompensierte ja der Park des Hotels. Die Zimmer sind ins Alter gekommen aber trotzdem angenehm. Nun wird das Hotel im kommenden Monat geräumt und muss drei Hotelkomplexen weichen. Keine Parkanlage mehr. Schade, schade. Personal wird entlassen.

Small tub

Well I had to change your only in the beginning because the bed was a twin bed put together and it was a crease in the middle so I requested a change your room because it was so far away from the main entrance there are no elevators and I was on the third floor wait for heavy bags then they change me to a second room the toilet was leaking so every time I flush water was on the floor!

Room and furniture are old in the garden wing, avoid room 102 as it close to the road and noisy at night. Then we upgrade our room from superior to deluxe king as the room is to small. Staff are lousy, the front counter staff told our new upgraded room will be available in 1 hour however we need to wait more than that.after received the key card we went to the new room and the card cannot be used, i am travelling with 2 toddler and 1 baby so can u imagine we need go to the front office again and ask for new card? And this hotel dun hve lift , our room in 3rd floor. I asked the cleaner to open the room but she refused and i asked her to call receiptionist but they asked me to go change the card by myself..

Switched to Amari Ocean Tower

The rooms in the Garden hotel were very basic and, frankly, not very attractive. I initially chose the Garden hotel because I thought that's where I had stayed the time before (it wasn't), and because the pricing was attractive. I took a look at the room, after a VERY long walk upstairs - no elevator - and along a lengthy corridor. Maybe I'm overly fussy, but within 5 seconds I had decided to move over the the Amari Ocean Tower, which is, in fact, where I had stayed the time before. The Ocean Tower is quite nice, and by the way has an elevator. The breakfast buffet in the Tower is outstanding, and well worth the price (around $25 U.S. or so). The pool and outdoor facilities, which are actually shared with the Garden hotel, are also outstanding. Staff were excellent (they were excellent at the Garden hotel, too, I just didn't like the room).

不錯!絕對符合四星級的酒店。加上跟姐妹酒店（五星級的）共用設施（游池唔錯，沙灘坐椅充足 ，有獨立的沙灘坐椅間），分數能夠更高。整體值4.5星。
