We had a wonderful stay in Paros. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. They were also very helpful with arranging tours and activities around the island, which made our experience in Paros even better. Everything was excellent from beginning to end, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paros!

The view was amazing. However, it's not a five-star hotel, so don't expect a lot of choice for breakfast.

Unreal views and staff were amazing! Bit of a trek up the hill but the views make it worth it. Would recommend hiring a car or ATV during stay

The view was spectacular, the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, and we had such a fantastic stay!! It’s a quick 20 minute walk down to the city center and a 5 minute cab ride back up the hill, unless you’re feeling up for walking back up that steep hill !! Would definitely stay here again.

The best part of this place was the friendly staff and the amazing view. The staff was so kind and had some great recommendations for us to check out. We did rent an ATV because it was quite a hill to get up to the resort. I would recommend this as there are many areas of Paros to check out. The infinity pool was beautiful, the music was vibey, the room was clean and modern and the breakfast was yummy! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience with the staff at this location. Room was perfect with a phenomenal sunset view! We messed up with our ferry departure and they let us hang by the pool until our later departure!!! Definitely a strong option for the island, make sure you have a rental car/atv due to a little longer walk back uphill ;))) Thanks guys for everything

The place is actually better than the pictures. Amazing view, the best sunsets, great service by all the staff and a special mention to Anas in the bar. The hotel is comfortable to stay and chill in the infinity pool or the tables and just relax and enjoy the view. Breakfast is complete and they have nespresso for coffee. It is a walkable 25min distance to the port area but a car is recommended if you want to move around the island. Taxis charge a lot to get here even if its a 5 min drive. Every guest we saw were couples, so perfect for a romantic trip. Music gives relaxed vibes and not loud. There is no restaurant here but you can get delivery easily to have dinner with the view.

Great for photos, questionable experience…

We stayed in three different hotels during our trip to Paros, and unfortunately Parea Blue Zone was the weakest — a textbook example of a place designed to look good on Instagram, but with little thought to actual comfort or service. Let’s start with the downsides: • Our room had a persistent sewage smell. • No complimentary cold water in the room despite 35°C heat — feels stingy and unwelcoming. • “Breakfast included” is a stretch: it’s more like a few random morning snacks than an actual hotel breakfast. Don’t rely on it if you enjoy starting your day properly fed. • Everything feels flimsy and poorly executed: granola dispenser handle broke off into our bowl, curtains literally fell on us because they have no stopper, etc. • Staff is friendly enough, but comes across as performative rather than genuinely warm — not the standard we experienced elsewhere in Paros or Greece. That said, there are positives: • The view is spectacular, especially at sunset, and the infinity pool is gorgeous. • Beds are comfortable. • Adults-only — no children, which we appreciated. • Plenty of parking space for cars and ATVs, though they really should dedicate specific spaces for ATVs, as they end up occupying full car spots unnecessarily. We were greeted with 2 small bottles of Ouzo as a welcome gift, which we are taking back home as souvenirs. In short: great for photos, not great for much else. At this price point, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice place , amazing views of Parikia. Staff couldn’t be anymore helpful. Small hotel 18 rooms, minimalist , which is fine. Only thing to be aware of is that it sits up a hill, about 20 mins walk down to Paris town, but longer on the way up, so you probably need a car. In saying that the views are worth it alone. Definitely recommend this hotel.
