We loved our stay at Residenza Borgs Guazzo. Our room had everything that we needed, it’s clean, comfortable and in a nice and safe location. Our host, Antonio was easy to communicate with, and helpful. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

I loved staying here . Antonio went our of his way to help me with my luggage, it was a10 min walk from the train station and also a short walk to all the must see places. The room is cozy, beautifully organized with the essentials, and has AC which was very much welcome in the hot days

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. You can tell it’s a new listing as the unit looks to have been recently renovated. The location is great, close to the train station and a 5-10 minute walk to the downtown area which is great.

Perfect stay

I had a very comfortable stay. My host responded to queries very swiftly. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and well maintained. The room is small but suited me perfectly. Very close to the station , Theatre ,attractions, restaurants and shops. Safe for solo travellers Clear instructions on how to access the property. Thank you

Sehr gute Lage, Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum in max. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Modern eingerichtet. Bei Zimmer 2 im Bad leider keine Ablagemöglichkeit/Tablar für Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta, Kosmetik und dergl., dafür viele Handtuchhalter. Teekocher im Zimmer.

Ideale Unterkunft für kurzen Trip

Super gelegene Unterkunft, kurze Fusswge zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, praktisch eingerichtet, Zimmergrösse etwas knapp bemessen aber genügend. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber!

Il locale è in perfette condizioni, a pochi passi dalla stazione e anche a pochissimi passi dal centro. Dispone di tutto ciò di cui uno può aver bisogno durante il soggiorno, anche alcuni prodotti alimentari. Ci è stato anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario di check-out, comodità non da poco.

Weekend a Parma

Zona perfetta, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria e vicina al centro, ma comunque silenziosa e tranquilla . Abbiamo soggiornato nel miniappartamento e 2 stanze. Sistemazioni belle e confortevoli. Non era prevista colazione ma il gestore ci ha fatto trovare nell'appartamento il necessario x la colazione del ns gruppo (cialde x caffè, bustine di te, latte, succhi di frutta, acqua e merendine confezionate). Inoltre ci ha gentilmente lasciato a disposizione una stanza fino al tardo pomeriggio per i ns bagagli. Super consigliato
