"Everything was great except the bed. Two twin together than with each side slanted to the end it was like sleeping on top of a teepee. Otherwise everything else was great. Personnel, room and areas cleanliness, breakfast buffet and location. "

"The location is perfect! The metro station is just steps away, taxis are always available, and you can easily walk to nearby plazas, parks, and restaurants—everything is incredibly convenient. The staff truly made the experience exceptional, especially Josefina at reception, who was attentive and genuinely friendly. We also appreciated the warm welcome from the team offering drinks while we waited—it was a lovely touch. Everything at this hotel exceeded expectations: the rooms, sauna, linens, towels, and the restaurant in the lobby were all outstanding. I will definitely be booking again."
