The place was very convenient and cozy. Had two bedrooms and the balcony view was amazing. There wasn't enough amenities such as shower gel. However there was a good amount of towels and the bed was very comfortable. The building was very secure and had several access codes to enter.

The location/neighborhood is good. However, the room was horribly humid and it was not possible to have the windows open as small bugs/gnats flew in. Also, the ceiling fan could NOT be turned on for cooling without the overhead light being on which made it impossible to run while sleeping and thus the room too hot/humid! The sound of the Paris metro rumble is constant. The worst thing is there is no elevator to the #26, 27, or 28 rooms so one has to carry their luggage up 2 small and narrow flights of steep steps to those rooms. Lighting is poor in the many hallways leading up to those remote rooms.

This property is not a hotel! It is an apartment building with a few units rented out as hotel rooms. Our room was about 200 square feet with the bathroom being about 32 square feet. The room was neat and austere. There is no air conditioning. There was a balcony but the door giving access could not be opened. This also meant that no windows could be opened. To get access to the room you need to provide three different access codes. The instructions for access were not clear. In the hallway to our room there was a mattress being stored. In the entry lobby there were about 25 bicycles being stored for use by the permanent tenants. Expedia should be ashamed to call this property a hotel.
