Clean room. Modern warm bathroom with bath products, robes and slippers (nice extra touch). Housekeeping were very helpful and efficient. Tea bags and milk restocked on request. Set back off street so our room was very quiet (room 13 on 1st floor). Small lift but useable. Close to cafes, bars and 2 metro stations.

The hotel is gated and off the road so made us feel safe and secure, the room was lovely, very spacious and clean! My only feedback would be the staff really aren’t the friendliest, felt like we were bothering them when we were checking in/out.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms and common areas were clean and the beds were comfortable. The room we stayed in was a bit worn and the shower was not great, just a handheld shower and the tub was so deep it made getting in and out a little tricky.

The staff members were super nice and courteous. Ms. Suzanne always asked how our stay was daily. She made sure our rooms always had the complimentary refreshment drinks (if not, she would fulfill the request ASAP). The breakfast offered was a nice addition.
