The location alone is enough for this to be a wonderful stay… however: the stunning rooms, updated amenities, breakfast service and friendly team taking care of the guests make it exceptional. We had the best time and wish we didn’t have to leave. The folks running Relais 12bis B&B go above and beyond to make your stay easy, personal and a trip to remember.

Great location in a real Paris style building

Feel the Parisian vibe in a Parisian building having French breakfast and very close to the Eiffel Tower, neighborhood super safe at anytime, I do recommend this place.

Lovely small family run B&B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the complimentary soft drinks available in the hot weather. We had one small issue with a dripping air con unit but that was fixed a couple of days into our stay. Perfectly located within 10 mins walk of Eiffel Tower and lots of places to eat. Would recommend and book again!

This was such a cute French style Airbnb but with a bonus! Breakfast was included and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming! We got to meet other guests there as well, which made the stay more interesting! My 2 boys loved the vintage lift! The location was super walkable to a lot of restaurants and of course the Eiffel Tower!

The family is seriously accommodating and friendly and they greeted us at breakfast. The breakfast is amazing. They ask you how you want your eggs and coffee and they prepare it beautifully for you. The neighborhood is safe and close to really good restaurants and stores. The rooms are very clean. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Hotel Relais!!!
