Great stay, nice hotel

Simple easy check in (were allowed to check in early), secure car parking. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a welcomed bonus. The area around the hotel wasn't brilliant, avoid the train station ann walk the 10 minutes to the metro would be my advise. Overall great stay.

Perfectly fine hotel

The hotel is perfectly fine, rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a bar and restaurant which i didn't use but could be useful as this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Not an ideal location but thats not the hotels fault, i just didnt realise it was a good 20 minute walk to the nearest metro. Check in wasn't ideal, only one person on reception who made me wait while she went to serve someone a coffee. Overall fine though

The hotel and it's staff were awesome. Room were clean and the hotel was quiet. A few minutes on foot to reach the metro station was very convenient. The only downside was that even though they advertised on both the website and at the hotel that a safe was available, I was told by the staff it's not a service they offer.

As someone who has stayed in multiple Ibis hotels across four different countries, I have always trusted the brand. Unfortunately, this specific location completely failed to meet basic living standards during our 4-night stay. The main issues we experienced: Broken Air Conditioning: The A/C worked perfectly in the lobby but was completely non-functional in the rest of the hotel, including our room. Major Flooding: Our bathroom shower drain failed completely, which caused the entire room to flood. Dampness and Mold: We immediately complained, and while maintenance did fix the drain, no one ever came back to dry the floors. We were left sleeping in a damp room that quickly developed a strong, persistent smell of mold. At least they were able to move us to another room. To be fair, the staff members we spoke with were polite and clearly tried to help, but they were ultimately powerless to resolve the AC problem. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and functioning hotel, I highly recommend booking elsewhere. This was an incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and I will not be returning to this location.

The room was lovely, cute and confortable but it was terribly cold because there was noway to close the vents and the heating /aircon heat wasn't doing anything, I ended up catching a cold because of that I wish someone had told me this before finding out the hard way, apart from that the stay was good
I had to wet toilet paper and use it to close the vents to reduce the coldness in the room

Ok but not great

The only good thing was that it had very comfortable beds. Other than that, the room was very small, the WiFi did not work, the charging points next to the bed did not work and the water pressure in the bathroom was not good. The breakfast spread was ok, nothing to write home about. It was not worth the amount they charged.

Je suis vraiment pas satisfait,j ai pris l'hôtel pour son parking sécurisé et en voulant garer ma voiture dans le parking en rentrant le soir,il été fermé !!!,je me retrouve a laisser mon véhicule sur la voie publique ou il n'y avait pas de place,je trouve ça aberrant qu'on choisisse un hôtel qu'on paye pour une prestation et que cette dernière n est pas respecté,toutes les excuses du monde ne changeront pas mon insatisfaction,si m ont véhicule aurait été dégradé ou autre.
