Simple Stay Near the Château

I stayed here while attending a wedding at a nearby château. It was convenient and overall a good stay, but as expected with a budget hotel, the services are very basic. There isn’t always staff available on-site, Ubers can take a while to arrive, and there aren’t food options close by. Works fine if you just need a simple place to sleep, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

It’s budget

The hotel description delivers what it says in the tin, its budget! Myself and my family used it as a stop over whilst travelling through France but I wouldn’t want more than 1 night here. We researched nearby restaurants as the hotel doesn’t offer evening meals with very little results but upon getting there, there are loads including a small pizza/pasta place next door

Le jeune homme de l'accueil était sérieux, l'arrivée dans la chambre a été glaciale, il faudrait que les chambres soient tempérées à notre arrivée, surtout que les réservations sont faites bien en avance. Les chambres sont toujours propres.

Le confort a été altéré par le manque de chauffage, il a fallu dormir avec l'anorak. Le chauffage est passé en mode collectif, ce qui est un gros inconvénient hors période de chauffe.

Annulation due aux grèves

Bonjour, j’ai mis une étoile partout car mon problème n’est mentionné Nous avions des rendez-vous à Paris mais avons été prévenues en dernière minute qu’il y avait des grèves à Paris et que les rendez-vous sont postposés à la semaine prochaine. Donc une cause indépendante de notre volonté J’ai téléphoné à l’hôtel qui m’a refusé toutes les solutions : report à la semaine prochaine,remboursement,…. Aucune écoute et aucune compréhension Je suis cliente chez vous depuis longtemps et j’espérais être traitée avec un minimum de considération

Hotel simple et convivial

L'accueil est toujours efficace, courtois et rapide. Les chambres sont toujours propres, il faut reconnaitre que le personnel est énergique. Il y a un changement depuis 3 semaines, la couette d'été sert de surmatelas, et c'est une très bonne idée pour améliorer le "confort" des matelas.
