My room in this hotel was basic, but very clean and spacious and served my needs. As expected, no kettle or mini fridge. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is nothing much around the hotel, except mostly industry and is far from the nearest MĆ©tro station, Hoche. However, there is a bus stop just opposite the hotel so it is easy to take the 151 bus. There are also night buses that go directly to and from Paris throughout the night. Overall, I would say this hotel is ideal for a few nights if you want to spend less than you would for a hotel in the centre of Paris.

A notre arrivƩe,aprƩs avoir encaissƩ notre sƩjour,l la rƩceptioniste nous a annoncƩ que la chambre ne disposait pas de climatisation...on a trouvƩ une chambre sale.. , radiateur, table , sol encrassƩs..et le pompon : de la confiture sur la tƩlƩcommande!!! on a eu aussi des odeurs de cuisine, des mouches dans la chambre...devant la situation on a pas eu une rƩelle rƩactivitƩ de la part de l Ʃquipe ..un coup de bombe insecticide..et le tour est jouƩ!! bien sƻr l hotel Ʃtait complet lors de notre demande de changer de chambre et bien sƻr aucun dƩdommagement. nous ne reviendrons plus Ơ cet hƓtel lors de nos dƩplacements professionnels, nous le dƩconseillerons Ơ 200%..

Budget.

Room was basic and comfortable. There was an initial problem with check-in because they couldn't not find our booking (4 rooms).. Not the most glamorous of locations but if it's just somewhere you are looking to get your head down and plan to spend most of the day out in Paris then this is fine, if you want more than that, then I wouldn't stay here. It was fine for us as we were there for the Champions League Final so it was ok. I wouldn't stay there with my family though. One thing I would say, the bins in and outside of the car park need to be emptied on a regular basis, there is a massive rat infestation and you can see them all over the place running around in the bins not something you want to see and could be easily fixed by emptying the bins.. Just to note, the problem is outside, no issues inside the hotel. There is no AC in the rooms, just a fan so expect to feel warm.

Nice hardwood floors

This place was nice and clean. Hardwood floors amd 2 twin beds that can make a full size. It also has a free parking lot, which was great since I had a car rental.

Good value fo money.

For the price couldn't expect more. A little further out of Paris than expected but the 151 bus to Porte Du Pantin was just across the road. Once at Porte Du Pantin you could catch the RER E or line 5 on the metro into Paris. If you are going to do this buy a book of carnet tickets. Hotel was clean and perfectly acceptable for the 4 nights we were there. We had travelled by car so trips to the local Carrefour were straightforward. There are buses and the team service if you don't have your own transport. Only faults with the room were the fitting for the showerhead bring loose and one of the external window blinds bring broken so it would rattle in the wind. Also no kettle in the room. We always bring one with us so not a problem, and there are vending machines in the foyer for drinks and snacks if you need them. Breakfast looked like good value although we didn't try it ourselves. Also the hotel had secure parking if you are coming by car.

Engelsktalande personal, som var vƤnliga och hjƤlpsamma och direkt gav oss ett nytt rum nƤr det fƶrsta rummet stank av rƶk och handfatet var igenproppat av cigarettfimpar. Vi fick olika besked om receptionen skulle vara bemannad eller inte sent pƄ kvƤllen nƤr vi skulle komma. Den var bemannad nƤr vi kom, men ett meddelande vi fick sa att den inte skulle vara det. Vid incheckning betalade vi fƶr fler frukostar Ƥn vi skulle ha, vi sƄg det efterƄt pƄ kvittot. Pengarna fick vi tillbaka vid utcheckning, dock i kontanter och inte direkt pƄ betalkortet tyvƤrr. Ljummet vatten i kaffeautomaten, annars ok frukost. Ingen ventilation i julihettan, jobbigt, och ƶppet fƶnster mot lyhƶrd innergƄrd hjƤlpte inte. Konstig lukt pƄ rummen, som vi nu efterƄt tror kom frƄn vƤgglƶss, eller mƶjligen nƄt husdjur, som Ƥr tillƄtet pƄ hotellet. MƄnga stora rƶda bett pƄ armar och kropp som vi fƶrst trodde var myggbett men efter googlande hemma tror Ƥr frƄn vƤgglƶss. Bra daglig stƤdning och renbƤddning, men ƤndƄ dƄligt med tanke pƄ den obestƤmbara lukten och dom troliga vƤgglƶssen, som vi dock inte insƄg att vi skulle tittat efter pƄ rummet fƶrrƤn vi kom hem.
