Great location

Hotel was great, with the exception of the air conditioner not functioning. Our purpose for the trip was to experience Paris, not stay in the room, so I did not mention the air conditioner to the staff. Overall, a good experience that I would repeat.

Very close to most locations youd want to visit in Paris. The hotel itself was very well maintained, with very modern appliances. The room itself was stylish, however the design of the bathroom was a little strange. complete glass wall dividing the bedroom, with no toilet privacy. The staff were amazing, and very helpful. Didnt end of eating here, however the honesty bar was a good idea. Although we found it better to just go out for drinks as the restaurants and bars are open late, and when youre in Paris, you dont want to stay in the hotel

Good Location

The hotel is located at a 5 minute walk to Eiffel. Very clean and nice staff. However, in our case, the room was not the one for which we were shown picture of, when we made our reservation. We were under the impression that we are getting the room with view of Eiffel Tower, which wasn't the case. Was too late to find another hotel, so wasn't really in the position to find another one. Parking is very inconvenient as well, unless you are lucky enough to find a spot on the street, which is fairly difficult.

Wonderful hidden gem

Wonderful experience at this hotel! Loved the staff, loved the location (close to Eiffel and metro station) but located on a nice quiet street. Felt like local charm but with amenities that a big hotel would offer. Would love to visit and stay here again!!!!

Quiet and convenient

The hotel Sezz is located about 4 blocks from the Eiffel Tower and it is just far away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a day of sight seeing. By European standards, our deluxe room was spacious enough with plenty of closet space. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside was the daily week wifi reception. There is a little mom and pop store on the same block as the hotel where you can pick up some inexpensive bottled water, wine, etc. Cab rides to the different tourist spots can get pricey. We did not discover until the last day that renting bikes from the vast number of bike ride share racks is an inexpensive and fun way to get to where you want to get to within a 3 mile radius.

wonderful staff.the girls and gentleman at the front dest were invaluable in assisting us find our way around the local area. they even suggested colognes for our son `9 we were taking a gift and he did not want any thing `too old man`' the only thing `i would want to improve the place is a fan in the room to get some air moving other than that it was a perfect stay. the staff was so wonderful we sent a personal email to the hotel manager to recognize them individually and by name.

Schöne ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Eiffelturm

Leider war unser Zimmer etwas muffig... und das Designerbett quietscht... es ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel... bei beiden Aufenthalten war der Service des Personals immer sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt in der nähe des Eiffelturm und zur Metrostation in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.

Bad service, no notice of spa being closed...

On arrival we were sat down in the lobby and asked to complete our details on a check-in form even though I'd already done this a week previously when the hotel emailed me. We were sat for over 20 minutes when I then felt compelled to ask whether the room was actually ready [it was almost 5pm] when the woman said 'yes of course!' ....We were confused as to why we hadn't been offered to go immediately to our room, like most people would like to do! The 'balcony' in our Junior Suite was just a door which opened to a barrier... you couldn't stand there, let alone enjoy breakfast there! Pretty disappointing. On the second day we asked to use the spa facilities (as you're inundated with information and emails about their 'amazing' spa prior and during your stay) - only to be told that it was closed for maintenance! I was really annoyed at this, I had emailed the hotel directly with a few questions about our stay previously and at no point did they mention this. Surely a Jacuzzi/spa is the main selling point of the hotel?! It was my second visit to the hotel - I spent very little time there on my first time... and thought I'd give it a second try. I was actually very disappointed and will not be returning.

Overpriced and overdesigned. Very impracticable, doors that don't work properly, sink that spills and overall just not cozy. We had a suite and it looked just like a standard room. We were charged money for a small cup of milk for our child. Breakfast looked unappealing and also overpriced. Expected a lot more from this hotel.

The Sezz was a blast from the pass. But unfortunately the blast wasn't that positive. Although the staff was charming and helpful, the room need a update. I know the hotel business in France has been slow in the last year but this is were you can see if the up keep is good. They need to buy Linens and Towels (bathrobes, etc.) .

Very very close to the Eiffel tower, 10 mins walking. Also close to trocadero square with restaraunts, and close to metro passy. Clean room, small, with no lockable bathroom door- very expensive breakfast, better off going elsewhere.

Uniquely Unique

This boutique hotel is centrally located about 1/4 mile from Eiffel Tower. Very unique from conventional hotels from the way they check you in and the rooms themselves. If you enjoy new experiences, you will enjoy this hotel. The owners have put very unique touches on the décor, amenities, and room layout and design. The rooms are more spacious than most EU type hotel rooms so we have plenty of space for the two of us. We were traveling with a group and most complained about small rooms at other hotels. Sezz doesn't fit that bill as we had able room.
