Great location , lots of very high quality restaurants, patisserie / shops in mid price points
If will to walk / evening stroll Notre dame , louvre
Les halle mall , train station rer , metro three lines within 5 minutes walk
Hotel itself great , smaller rooms with high beam ceilings make it airy ( it’s an old building ) room size was expected . Shower on the small side!

Staff was very kind. Room serves its function but nothing spectacular; walls on the thin side
This small hotel quaint hotel operates in a very old building full of character. It’s a simple but comfortable and spotless clean. It’s located in the lively heat of Les Marais, bursting with restaurants, small shops, and people.
I absolutely loved it!
We were a little bit unsure of the hotel prior to arrival. The bathroom was a little small, but overall such a cute historic hotel in such an amazing location. Walkable to almost all attractions! Staff was amazinggg!!

The room was clean and adequate, the location was great, and overall good value. Some noisy quests well after midnight took the edge off
We had a lovely time staying at hotel du cygne. It was easy to find from the Metro station and in an incredible location with access to all major Paris landmarks. There was no AC in the room but a very powerful fan so it felt cool and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always available if you had questions. They spoke in both French and English. Thank you for the lovely stay!
The hotel had a lot of charm, but besides that, the staff were so friendly and helpful; every one of them. That makes a big difference when French isn’t a language you speak. Also, they were always cleaning which showed that they cared about the hotel and the guest’s experience.
The location of hotel was very good. Area had lots of restaurants with only people traffic during the day.The hotel was having an issue with sewer smell in the lobby and hallways. Very small shower and moldy. So not the cleanest. Very noisy outside the hotel at night.
We have decided that if you don't want to spend a minimum of $400 Can. per night in Paris, then don't expect much. Upon entering the lobby a horrible smell overtook us. When I asked what it was, we were told it was a sewage leak of some sort. I just hoped that it wasn't in our room (which it was not...thank goodness). The room was very small but it was clean. Unfortunately, it was very noisy as the street was directly below our window. As is usually the case, the pictures on the website are quite misleading. The best thing about this hotel is the location. In about 6 or 7 blocks, you are standing on one of the bridges crossing the Seine and can see the Eiffel Tower...gorgeous!
This is a great little budget friendly hotel right near everything in Paris. Very walkable.
I had a single room and it was pretty small, but very nicely decorated. Had a lot of unexpected amenities.
The hotel is in a great old wood framed building. The staff was lovely.
Room was small, but clean. Carpets were dated and could be replaced. Small stairwells not for the elderly. Staff was very helpful.
Best part of the stay was the location - within walking distance of the Metro, several excellent restaurants and fabulous sites like Notre Dame.

Great location and amazing Staff ! But bed was uncomfortable and you can hear everything from the next room and from outside
Great little hotel. As I was out for most of the days, it was a fantastic place to rest and have a quiet evening in. The staff were very friendly, accommodating.
So close to many great restaurants and bars. Transportation is so easy to access, and such a walkable area.
The hotel is located in an incredible position with access to the metro, trains, busses and is within walking distance to some many restaurants and attractions.
