Clean and very nice staff. A little far from the main tourist spots but I like the local feel. Was very easy to train and bus from airport and other places around Paris. Would highly recommend!

Amazing food options near by! Staff is very friendly. For the price you get a lot. It’s like a small suite or apartment. It’s old so keep that in mind but has tons of charm

Property doesn’t disclose some rooms require access via a ladder to the bedroom. Not all facilites advertised were in the room and when provided were not clean No smoke detectors. Bedroom in reclaimed roof area so exit via ladder and 2 flights of stairs in emergency.

Very poor lights . Room given not like pictures! Do not trust Expedia anymore how to deal with such place !! Weirdly inclined roof that hit my head 3 times and I am lucky I am still alive !

We could not even check in but the hotel still charged us for the stay. Due to our delayed arrival in Paris, I booked this hotel online at 11:30pm on the same day to spend the night. Our family paid for the Uber ride to the hotel, only to find out the property receptionist wasn’t there to let us in. We could not even check in or get into the hotel. I called the after-hours phone number. Someone picked up and told us that the property manager could not be reached. After two hours waiting for Expedia to speak with the hotel management, we were told that we could not check-in after 10pm. The listing on Expedia let us book without any issues. My husband, I and our two young children, ended up having to walk around Paris at 1am to find other hotels to spend the night. This was an apartment, not a hotel. The ‘hotel’ name was misleading.

The junior suite is not a suite, it’s a tiny room with a mezzanine. The mezzanine (bed) can only be accessed by a steep ladder which will require the occupants to be young, fit and agile. The bathroom is tiny and not convenient, only skinny people will be able to use the shower which will not accommodate anyone wearing more than a L size. There is no room to place any big piece of luggage.

Entspricht überhaupt nicht der Darstellung auf Expedia. Zimmer sind schmutzig, die Treppen extrem eng und gefährlich. Toilette winzig, keine Parkmöglichkeiten wie angegeben. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert.

Luce bonito, tiene personalidad pero las escaleras lucen descuidadas, no hay ascensor para un segundo piso con valija. El wifi solo funciona en el salon, en el baño y la habitacion no hay cobertura. En la habitacion en el atico, las vigas impiden aprovechar el espacio. Sofa viejo y sillas con huecos en los soportes. Quizas buena idea para una pareja joven pero no merece 4 estrellas para ir de negocios

Wir haben einen normale Suite gebucht, aber das war keinen Suite sondern einen Sehr schlechte Dachgeschoss Wohnung in sehr Alte Gebäude und jeder Seite ( Schlafzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer usw….👎) musste immer bogen sonst kopf an Dach getroffen ……Aufpassen kein Suite! Die Einzige Vorteil hat nur einen Parkplatz pro Tag 25€. Unsere Paris Besuch war spontan zwischen unsere Urlaub und unterwegs gebucht, sonst hatte nicht bei ankommen akzeptiert! Das Preis war nicht wert, da keinen normale Suite gewesen wenn mann sitzen duschen muss oder von Bett aufstehen, krabbeln soll!!!!

Superbe hôtel et accueil parfait

Notre séjour sur Paris à été parfait et en partie grâce à cet hôtel. Accueil plus que parfait, le logement est très bien adapté pour les familles comme les voyages professionnels. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100 %. Hôtel calme idéalement situé près de la gare Montparmasse et des stations de métro. Hôtel qui nous fait sentir comme à la maison. Un très grand merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Séjour agréable comme à chaque fois, le personnel est très très sympathique et serviable ... Nous avions une suite sous les toits avec baignoire, j'aurais préféré une douche ou au moins une vitre de baignoire, un peu plus de lumière dans la chambre et des miroirs plus pratiques. Sinon les lits sont confortables et l'emplacement est parfait.

Navrant pour un 4 étoiles sur Paris !

Un séjour plus que médiocre au niveau de la gestion des arrivées, relation client. Hormis la qualité des espaces et le confort des chambres, le reste ne suit pas pour un 4 étoiles (et pour le prix qui en découle également). Pas de service de conciergerie, un accueil soit disant jusqu’à 22h30 (une honte, j’ai été appelé plusieurs fois par la personne en charge de l’accueil “tardif” alors que j’étais au travail sur paris vers 20h30-21h pour me dire qu’elle ne serait là que jusqu’à 22h, pas plus pas moins), un service de petit déjeuner fantôme ( avec comme petit plus, la remise en cause de mes propos par la personne en charge de la e-reputation par la suite ! Apparement j’aurais dit non au petit déjeuner de vive voix à la personne à l’accueil… ), une alarme qui retentit au beau milieu de la nuit,… un ensemble de facteurs qui font que je déconseille fortement la “maison Helzear”. Lorsqu’on se positionne sur un standing et un accueil irréprochable en vitrine sur internet, il faut que le reste suive. La clairement non !
