Small room. Great location near the Gare de Lyon. The tablet in the room was a pain in the neck...when my phone charger stopped working, the staff was quick to resolve my problem!!!! I did not eat breakfast there, but it looked good! The coffee at the restaurant was delicious....I wish they had coffee machines in the rooms.

I chose this property for its recent high rise construction making it more soundproof and comfortable air conditioning and other amenities. I also chose it for the rooftop bar and I was disappointed it was closed for renovations but no mention on website or booking which would have made a difference since I could have stayed at another citizen M or another Marriott hotel.

this is the 3rd Citizen M we stayed in. Of the 3 it's the one showing the most 'wear and tear', two lifts were broken during our stay so being in a high rise it was a little time consuming, and there's little bits and pieces everywhere that need a touch up, HOWEVER, that's really the only thing, the staff were all nice and helpful and the room was comfortable as usual. Ive never understood though why citizen M having such cozy common areas, have chosen stark cold white for the bedrooms.

Breakfast buffet’s really good, not a lot of options but what they have is good. The rooms are small but very clean and organized. If you’re travelling by yourself it’s perfect.

Small but functional and clean. If you get a king size bed, you need to climb over your partner if you need to get up and they don’t. Unfortunately we didn’t get our Marriott points since we didn’t know to book directly.🙁
