This property does not exist! Do not book here! I did not find out until I showed up and did not have a place to stay in Paraty. Thankfully I found help and made arrangements.

A pousada é muito bem localizada, próxima ao centro histórico de Paraty, podendo ir tranquilamente a pé. Infelizmente a manutenção em geral deixa bastante a desejar, havia goteira em cima da cama, roupas de cama e toalhas manchadas, o quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo insuportável, me causou uma crise alérgica. O pessoal é gentil, os maiores problemas sao realmente na infraestrutura da pousada, tudo muito antigo e mal conservado.

Pousada que está piorando rápido

Eu fiquei surpresa pela falta de mantenimento da pousada. Eu estive faz 6 meses e estava muito melhor. Falta de funcionários. tive que ligar eu as luzes externas pois não tinha ninguém. Eu abria e fechava o portão para entrar com meu carro. Terrível. Eu acho que o dono não sabe tudo o que acontece por lá.

A minha insatisfação Se da por conta que durante o caminho para a pousada recebia triste notícia do falecimento de minha Sogra onde me esposa ficou sem condições psicológicas e tive que retornar para São Paulo sem ao menos chegar da pousada. Na segunda-feira Quando tivemos condições Para tentar achar Um meio de enconcontrar uma possibilidade de remarcar uma nova estadia sem sucesso... pedi ate um desconto para uma nova estadia também sem sucesso..... essa falta de compaixão por parte da pousada foi que medeixou muito chateado,. Infelizmente perderam um bom cliente e outros tmb....

Caro pelo o que oferece

A pousada fica bem localizada, perto do centro comercial, possui estacionamento e tem instalações bem espaçosas e práticas. Piscina razoável e limpa. O quarto 3 tinha muita poeira e uma quantidade de mosquitos e baratas impressionante. Fomos ao supermercado comprar inseticida e quando saimos para o jantar após aplicação do produto, nos surpreendemos negativamente na volta. Em contato com os funcionários, nem limpeza foi feita no dia seguinte. Ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. Os funcionários não tiveram nenhuma empatia na solicitação de alteração do horário do café da manhã.

Durante TD a estadia foi incrível, eu, minhas irmã e primas amamos e recomendamos. O café é maravilhoso ,. O caio da recepção foi super atencioso. Pousada bem perto da rodoviária e centro histórico, Recomendamos de olhos fechados. Voltaremos em breve

Somente dormir!

O hotel fica a 15min andando do Centro histórico, o q fica inviável para ir na chuva ou de carro, tem várias ruas o Maps não sabe q mudou a “mão” da via, por isso, ficamos meio perdidos(de carro). O café da manhã não havia frutas, somente 1 mamão papaia e qd acabou não foi reposto; as pessoas q tivemos contato no café da manhã pareciam aborrecidas, o único simpático e que nos recepcionou as 22h,foi o Caio. A parte q mais gostamos foi da área de lazer, com sinuca, totó e um fliperama. O ventilador de teto faz um barulhão, o banheiro estava com cheiro de naftalina; qd chegamos não havia papel higiênico no quarto.
