The main issues faced during our stay were in the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and both nights we found 'roaches in the bathroom. In addition, the bathtub available (and one of the reasons for getting that room) was disgustingly maintained. The shower was terrible and lots, lots of mold. The location and breakfast were fine and the staff friendly, however it was very expensive for the real value.

Não foi boa! Apesar da boa localização, a pousada conta com um prédio anexo q não tem qualidades adequadas. Vc precisa sair na rua para chegar à central. No anexo não há forma de contato, a não ser q vc saia e vá até a recepção. Se vc tiver alguma necessidade, como uma garrafa de água por exemplo, terá q sair na rua, caminhar passar pela secretaria de saúde (em contexto pandemico). Além disso a segurança não é boa, é possível chegar aos quartos entrando pela garagem ( que fica aberta nas manhãs) isso ocorreu mais de uma vez. Ainda vale dizer que não há nenhuma saleta comum onde vc possa descansar além do seu próprio quarto, a não ser q saia pela rua e vá ao prédio central. Todas essas questões foram apontadas ao longo de nossa estadia, mas nada resolvido. Graças a Deus que a cidade é maravilhosa e compensou todos esses percalços bem desagradáveis

The location, staff, food and cleanliness of this hotel was excellent. The proximity to Paraty historic center was initially the reason we picked this hotel, however the very good food and helpful/friendly staff will make us come back.

Basic hotel with great location

This is a 2 star hotel at best so set your expectations and you’ll be fine. Rooms are basic but clean. Parking on site and secure. We had one night with no running water and another with no power (so no AC or lights) which made it uncomfortable overall. Breakfast is basic and difficult to find seating after 9am. No English spoken at the hotel so have google translate ready :-) Internet speed was excellent

No anexo, uma boa opção para uma noite

Uma boa pousada, mas como ficamos no anexo achei o check-in confuso. Primeiro recebi uma mensagem de que teria de pegar a chave do quarto em outro local, um Inn, mas ao estacionar e seguir para a recepção descobri que na verdade meu quarto era perto do estacionamento. Bastava ter sido avisado com antecedência. A localização é excelente, bem pertinho do centro histórico! Bom café da manhã.

A pousada é bem cuidada, o quarto é bom e limpo. O estacionamento fica ao lado do anexo da pousada, é um pouco, mto pouco incomodo o deslocamento entre a recepção e o anexo, poderia haver telefone no quarto para contato com a recepção

Hotel pouco acolhedor e desgastado. Café da manhã simples .Chuveiro com pouca vazão .A maior queixa é o barulho dos outros quartos .Não há isolamento acústico . Escuta-se TUDO do quarto ao lado ! P/ meu azar os hóspedes ao lado(sem noção) Não tem interfone e recepção noturna p reclamar ( no anexo )

Muito ruim

Um absurdo de caro pelo que oferece. Somente no local soubemos que a nossa reserva era no prédio anexo e não naquele que as fotos mostram inclusive a piscina. Nem eu e nem minha mulher e nossa filha vimos essa informação no ato da reserva. Os colchões são simplesmente terríveis a ponto de sentirmos o estrado das camas na nossas costas eliminando qualquer possibilidade de dormir uma noite com um mínimo de conforto. Por pouco mais de R$ 600,00 para passar uma noite, deveria ser muito melhor. Nunca mais volto lá e muito menos recomendo a ninguém essa pousada.
