It is a very nice accommodation in a quiet part of the city and convenient to everything, therefore an excellent location. All the rooms are very well looked after and characteristic of the place, both the rooms and the common areas. It's a real treat, everything is relaxed and very pleasant. The room was beautiful, clean, fragrant and above all with everything you need. The comfortable bed and the efficient bathroom. Overall, a really welcoming place. The breakfast was good, always fresh, rich with even continental components if you ask for them. The WiFi quality is excellent and stable. I would also like to point out that the management and support provided by Marcus and Bia is TOP. They are always available and very prepared to solve any problem and help you with any need. I am happy to have been a guest of the Pousada for a week and I highly recommend it.

The outside entrance is not so attractive but inside off pousada nice and cozy, Excellent reception from host. The rooms is on the small side . But the bed and the bedding are very comfortable. Very nice. Our stay was short. Just wish have more time to enjoy the place.

Aconchegante mas com estrutura física limitada

Localização um pouco afastada do centro numa rua não mt legal. Espaço físico do hotel pequeno, sobretudo de alguns quartos, apesar de acolhedor. Acho cobrar 7 reais pela uso da garrafa do minibar para encher com água do filtro, com pretexto de sustentabilidade, um pouco demais. O mm para valor a mais cobrado em caso de um ovo ou omelete extra no café da amanhã. As anfitriãs são o ponto máximo, mt atenciosas e solícitas.

Foi uma delícia estar na pousada e o atendimento da Bia e da Luise é super cordial! Fizeram de tudo para tornar nossa experiência a melhor possível! De accomodatie was geweldig! Heerlijke rustige locatie maar alles biinnen handbereik. Ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid. De kamer is ruim en schoon, wij hadden nog een eigen terras waar je in de ochtend ontbijt kreeg geserveerd. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en willen je met alles helpen. Voor ons hadden ze wat activiteiten geboekt.

Klein, aber fein - Pousada mit Flair

Sehr schöne kleine Pousada mit Flair und sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Leckeres und sehr reichliches Frühstück. Bequemes Bett, jedoch ist das Zimmer klein und verfügt über keinen Schrank oder eine grössere Ablagefläche. Mit einem kleinen Koffer ist es kein Problem, hat man jedoch viel Gepäck, so wird es eng.

Estadia mais do que perfeita!

Começou com o check in online que deixou tudo certo para a nossa chegada, então chegamos em paraty, deixamos as coisas na pousada e em 5 minutos já estávamos indo para o centro histórico. A localização é ótima, fica a 5 minutos do centro histórico e a 3 minutos da praia do pontal. Deixamos o carro na pousada e fizemos tudo a pé. Como a pousada fica do lado do hospital da cidade, todo horário é muito tranquilo de se andar, então saíamos as 9h da manhã e voltávamos as 10/11h da noite sem problemas. A pousada é beeeem aconchegante, linda, com tudo arrumado e com um café da manhã mais do que excelente. Nós pegamos o quarto mais simples, que já era perfeito para nós e ainda tinha um charme com uma varandinha e ao acordar, o café da manhã já estava nos esperando na mesa na frente do quarto. Por último e mais importante, todo o pessoal da pousada é da maior simpatia possível. Parecia que estávamos na casa de amigos na maior mordomia do mundo. Podíamos chegar a qualquer horário praticamente que estaria ou Marcus ou Bia para bater um papo e pedir qualquer coisa a eles. Com certeza voltarei a Paraty e com certeza para ficar no Ponta Gardens. Muito Obrigado!

Uma excelente experiência...

A pousada é aconchegando e em local tranquilo, porém perto de tudo. Os anfitriões, Markus e Bis, são extremamente atenciosos e fazem você se sentir em casa. O quarto e a cama são confortáveis. O café da manhã é simples mas com todo o necessário.

Decepcionante.

Para uma pousada boutique, se mostrou mediana! Quando procuramos essa pousada, vimos que tinha nota alta e boas recomendações, além de ser considerada uma pousada padrão “boutique”. Logo na chegada percebemos que o estacionamento mencionado era na verdade na rua, sem nenhuma segurança. Depois do check in, conseguimos ir para o quarto. Muito pequeno, quase claustrofóbico. Privacidade e silêncio aqui são complicados já que as portas dos quartos não vedam nem a luz e nem o barulho. Para ajudar o café da manhã é servido na porta do quarto. Começam a colocar o serviço muito cedo, são barulhos de xícara, colheres. Conseguir dormir só com tampão nos ouvidos. E para finalizar tem uma campainha para abrir o portão que faz barulho na parede do quarto. No outro dia fomos acordados com o barulho do espremedor de laranja. Realmente de “boutique” só o nome, o resto é pretensão e diárias caras que não valem a estadia. Fujam realmente da roubada.

Fomos no início de Dez/20. Os protocolos com COVID poderiam ser melhores. Houve reunião de hóspedes na sala de estar à noite, não achei muito prudente. A pousada é pequena, bem decorada. O quarto é bem pequeno. A limpeza é muito boa. O melhor de tudo é que recebem muito bem nossos filhos de 4 patas....

Estadia incrível

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa. A pousada é realmente pet friendly, nosso pet amou. Lucy e Ricardo são muito atenciosos, ótimos de papo e extremamente cuidadosos com os hóspedes. Pousada charmosa e bem localizada. Fiquei duas noites e fui bem recebida pela Lucy e pelo Ricardo.
