Excellent staff and great comfort

Hotel has a very nice and chill atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and speak good english. We ended up booking an extra night which worked without any problems and we were allowed to stay in the same room.

Good location with friendly staff

Stayed in a double room which was located on the first floor with a view of the pool. Good size room however the bathroom was a squeeze to use and no air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable. Staff were very nice and friendly explaining everything on check in and giving details of the town on a map. Didn't use the pool but it was a lot smaller than the photos. Good location to explore the town and a nice bar over the road. Breakfast was satisfactory with a good choice.

Wonderful service, but a moldy room.

It's always great to meet other travelers. That's why I enjoy staying in hostels. I did have my own double room with private bathroom, but I was able to keep items in a shared refrigerator and later store my bags. The only negative was the fact that one of the two rooms I reserved smelled moldy. The front desk even directed me to a parking lot for my car.

Spent a night, and left away!

Not recommended - the pillows and all bed smells humidity, someone brought another person in the shared room in his bed and made “noise” at night. Reception staff mostly okay, but didn’t care much. No apologies as if it’s all normal there

Lugar super bem localizado. Conheci várias pessoas legais e ótimo atendimento. O problema é o quarto misto compartilhado, é todo fechado, banheiro bem pequeno e não é confortável.

O atendimento foi excelente, desde os rapazes da recepção à moça que fica responsável pelo café da manhã. Só pela simpatia deles, nos ganharam. Além do mais, deixaram a gente tomar um banho (voltando da praia e antes de seguirmos viagem) mesmo após nosso check out.

Gostei do hostel fui bem recebida e atendeu a expectativa de um hostel. Apenas precisa deixar bem claro para os gosped que não é permitido fumar na área comum que é coberta. Aonde fazemos nossas refeições!

Não gostei nada do lugar. A primeira impressão com o atendimento no check in foi horrível, funcionários com muita má vontade e falta de informação. O quarto era super desconfortável, com cheiro de mofo, banheiro horroroso, pequeno e todo manchado. Café da manhã caro e ruim, com pouca opção pro preço pago. Nunca mais me hospedo em nenhum hostel da rede, experiência realmente muito ruim.

Excelente custo benefício

Localização muito boa, próximo a rodoviária e ao centro histórico. Atenção que a localização dada pelo Google Maps estava errada quando fui. Fiquei no quarto feminino que fica em cima da recepção. Quarto espaçoso com dois ambientes com 5 camas cada. O banheiro não é dos mais bonitos, com cerâmica escura dando um aspecto de sujo. Os armários embaixo das camas são metálicos e enferrujados ficando emperrados e fazendo barulho. O atendimento da equipe de recepção foi ótimo, explicando sobre os passeios, sempre disponível.

Friendly/Well Located Stay

Staying at Che Lagarto in Paraty is a good deal. People are super welcoming and it's near from the Historic Centre and the Beach.

Tive uma ótima experiência no Che Lagarto! A única ressalva é o tamanho do banheiro do quarto, muito pequeno, não dá pra se trocar nele após um banho, por exemplo.

Em relação a estrutura do quarto atendeu as minhas expectativas, mas como fiquei alguns dias, em relação a limpeza diária faltou um pouco de organização, pois aqdo solicitava a limpeza do quarto, a cama nao era arrumada e nem o chão limpo, apenas faziam as trocas de toalhas e lixeiras, em relação a estrutura do hostel muito bem organizada as áreas de convívio e a decoração super aconchegante. Ponto positivo super perto do centro histórico e da rodoviária e esta em um lugar seguro para andar a pé a noite. Mas vejo q em relação ao atendimento faltou um pouco de prestatividade da atentende na minha chegada.
