Niet de service die ik van Wyndham gewend ben

WiFi deed het niet. Televisie weekte niet en werd ook niet gerepareerd. Lift was expres uitgeschakeld inzake bezuinigingen waardoor we steeds lang onnodig moesten wachten.

Wonderful!

We had 2 room for 3 nights stay and we all had a wonderful time. Very helpful and friendly staff and few went out of their way to give more than was expected. The included breakfast was excellent. They even prepared breakfast boxes for us to take because we were leaving early at 3 AM in the morning. That was not expected but pleasantly surprised to received it. Thank you very kind and friendly staff. I will recommend this hotel anytime and will stay there again myself.

UN hôtel à première vue bien situé. cependant, pas de navette à l'aéroport (situé pourtant à 45km), un service de taxi de l'hôtel qui prétend venir vous chercher et qui ne vient pas (coût du taxi 60€ - idem pour le retour). Les avions arrivent arrivent très tard dans la nuit et aucun service de transfert n'est proposé malgré un tarif élevé. Nous avons eu une chambre ne donnant sur aucune rue. De la poussière sur le lit et une odeur de poussière également.. En arrivant par un vol à 3:30 du matin, c'est un peu dur. Seul point positif, la salle du petit déjeuner offrant un panorama exceptionnel sur Paramaribo. Mon avis : Très décevant et donc trop cher.

A beaucoup perdu de sa qualité, dommage!

- Problème d'antenne pour la TV en pleine coupe du monde !! En fait, plus de chaînes sat, allez savoir pourquoi... - Connexion Wifi impossible. - lumières en tête de lit impossible à éteindre, cause pas de bouton. Nous avons été obligé de risquer l'électrocution en dévissant manuellement les ampoules! - Refusez catégoriquement une chambre au 7ème étage car vous aurez la très désagréable surprise d'avoir dans la chambre toute la fumée et les odeurs des cuisines situées juste à côté (comme si vous dormiez dans les cuisines) ! Le petit déjeuner pauvre, très pauvre, par rapport à la concurrence et p/r au minimum international acceptable (attention un grand café, un Lavazza, vous coûtera très très cher). - Fini, plus de Casino au 1er étage ! Ils ont déménagé, comme la plupart des commerces et boutiques dans l'hôtel... Ce qui pourrait au final expliquer la baisse impressionnante de la qualité de l'établissement et son service... Seul point positif : situation en centre ville proche des commerces. En résumé, on a vraiment l'impression d'un bel établissement en proie à de grosses difficultés financières et géré par des amateurs.

Nous avions réservé 3 chambres: dans une chambre la clim ne fonctionnait pas donc température à 30 étouffant! impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres! dans la 2ème chambre la carte d'ouverture de la porte ne marchait pas! dans la 3éme les robinets étaient inversés et pas assez de serviettes dans toutes les chambres.J'avais réservé une chambre pour mes 4 enfants, j'avais payé pour 4 et on m'a réclamé 80 USdollards de supplément! ils savent que les avions sont à 6h du matin donc qu'on ne peut pas prendre de petits déjeuners mais ils le comprennent quand même dans le prix de la chambre Impossible de se connecter à la wifi. Pour le petit déjeuner: servi de 7h à 11h: on arrive à 8h00: plus rien!! une pomme et de l'eau chaude rajoutée dans le fond de la cafetière. Pas un sourire de la part du personnel . Vu le prix des chambres on s'attend à un service minimum au moins à quelques sourires! Je n'y retournerai pas.

Pas d'eau chaude

Comment un hôtel de cette classe ne peut fournir de l'eau chaude à ses clients? Les draps de bain étaient tachés. Les lampes de chevet étaient défectueuses.Le jacouzi ne fonctionnait pas et cela apparemment depuis un moment. Sinon lit très confortable, petit déjeuner parfait, accueil idéal.
