This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property.

Run down at Atlantis

That’s hotel was extremely rundown and tired looking and in need of a spruce up. The service at the front desk was very poor and they were very distracted and not very friendly. Our room was not clean and everything was very overpriced.

When visiting the Bahamas we've always stayed at the Atlantis but this last time the Atlantis is very ran down. I don't think I'll stay at the Atlantis again. The people working there at the Atlantis were not helpful. It seems like nobody likes working there any more. It's not like it used to be. The service all around was awful, I tried to set wake-up calls and two times they didn't happen. When I called the front desk I got a message that said there are several callers in front of me, when it was my turn I would get disconnected. One night I waited for 30 minutes + to get help finally I had to go to the front lobby. Service all around was awful. I couldn't get bands without waiting in long lines. Food service personnel was poor. They were very rude. I will stay somewhere different next time. Too bad that the Atlantis has gone so down hill it used to be such a lovely resort!

Love the villas as they are private and close to the ocean and pool and turtles and aquarium and short walk to best hot tub. First room was not clean but moved next door and it was very clean. Everything is in walking distance. Found out about shuttle when leaving that takes you to other parts of resort. Cannot wait to go back!

Everything at the resort is SO expensive. I definitely suggest stopping by a grocery store so you can have a few things to eat in the room. No room service. Also frustrated with the valet parking at $20/night which would not valet to my tower... A very long walk from the 'valet center' to our actual hotel room. We are a young couple without children so for us the price was not worth the resort, but if you have kids I'm sure they will think this place is incredible, the water park is really really good and it's huge.

Loved this hotel! Definitely a great value to be able to stay right in Atlantis. The pool is nice and the hotel is right across from one of the many beaches! There is a little bar in the lobby that serves bagels/cereals/fruit, etc which was so convenient. The hotel is at the edge of the Atlantis property but definitely within easy walking distance of all the other pools and main parts of the resort (that may be different if you have small children). Overall loved the hotel and our Atlantis experience! Would definitely recommend!

The property would've been spectacular if The Beach Tower was properly maintained. The décor and amenities were extremely disappointing. The elevator did not work for the majority of our stay, leaving us to walking up 5 flights, with a baby and stroller.
