Very run down. Staff were pleasant and helpful but facilities very old and in need of significant work. Only access to rooms is by multiple stairs. Only one outlet for charging.

Get what you pay for

Was scared to stay here after I saw all the bad reviews however I was very happy with the hotel. It it basically situated on the beach too. Would definitely stay again.

I went to check in and no one was at reception. Had to wait 20 mins. Once shown to room it was so dark and all the furniture was old and beds very uncomfortable. We didn’t even unpack our things. We checked out within an hour of checking in. There was no offer to refund any rent. Don’t be fooled by photos of swimming pool.

Old outdated hotel, stay away

This really is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are old and dated, tiles missing in bathroom, paint peeling, towels and bedsheets change only every 4 days as per torn paper signs stuck to toilet door. Pool has cats everywhere, breakfast has no plates or cutlery. Bar staff can't pour a beer!

The room was not clean and there was no hot water but I had to learn that for myself and only when I asked to change rooms and found no hot water again was I told that there was an issue with the boiler. Fortunately I was offered a room at their sister hotel in the harbour.

Brilliant for families

Such a nice place and convenient for a family. Pool, supermarket, family friendly restaurant and beach are 2-5 minutes from each other. People are very friendly and the place was ideal for our first family trip away. Prices for food and drink are very reasonable and the weather in October was hot enough 26-28 degrees peak and was cooler at night 16 but hotel and area was lovely

Hotel in need of a makeover!

We came over to paphos to stay for a family wedding. This hotel was extremely outdated. The rooms were liveable, however the toilets for a major let down. Our sistern was held up with bricks and the whole toilet wobbled when you sat down. It could also have been doing with a major clean with bleach!

Ein EINMALIGES Erlebnis :(((((

Wir waren 5 Personen und hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht: Ein SEHR in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel und man ist anscheinen nicht im geringsten bereit nur Kleinigkeiten zu erneuern, reparieren bzw. die Räumlichkeiten zu pflegen. Die Reinigungsdamen benötigen für die tägliche Reinigung nicht länger als 5 Minuten. Es wird lediglich das Bett gemacht und der Müll entfernt. Am Tag vor der Abreise wird auch das Bett nicht mehr aufgebettet (Reinigungskräfte waren ca. 1 Minute im Zimmer)

Wouldn't stay here again

We reserved a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Check in time was 2pm and we arrived at 3pm, were told the room wasn't ready. 30 mins later it was, but their "getting it ready" for us involved changing the sheets and putting our clean towels. The floors had not been swept, the bathroom had been given a very quick cleaning with the exception of the previous renter's hair in the tub. There was something sticky on the ground right outside the sliding glass door to the patio. The rest of the apt. was dingy--peeling paint on the banister, cracked tiles in the bathroom. The air conditioner on the 1st floor (where the pull out couch was) didn't work. When we went out to use the pool, the area around the beach chairs looked like they hadn't been cleaned up all day--spilled food and wrappers on the ground. I guess they only cleaned out there at the end of the day. Wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend it.

"Disapointed" - גרוע

I am very sorry I am unable to complete the survey, as when we arrived at the Panaratti, we were told that we were being moved to the Amphora Hotel & Suites . We were very disapointed as we choose the Panaratti because of the location and the fact we had never stayed at that part of the Island.

Lovely staff, run down place

The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The outside area and pool were good too. However the photos of the hotel provided are not representative. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, with old fashioned furnishings and a kettle, toaster and hairdryer missing. These were replaced when we pointed this out but not until the third time we did. All in all, the place is cheap for a reason. It was a good distance from the harbour and we very much enjoyed our holiday. Just don't believe the photos

Most depressing hotel I have been to

We checked out about an hour after checking in. Luckily we managed to get a room at the Aqua Mare hotel which was excellent. We could not ask for a refund as our money had been pre paid to Expedia. The hotel needs a total revamp I think I would have been happier sleeping on a sunbed on the beach! Am I entitled to a refund from Expedia?

Excellent value for money

The hotel was old but provided excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious with balcony views of the pool and within walking distance of the old harbour and a super bay for swimming in the sea. All in all, it was great, especially as the sunshines nearly all the time!

The location was fine.

The location was fine and the promenade walk was lovely but not possible in the evening as there was no lighting. The food was all right and the room was OK but the cleaners didn't do a good job at all. The mattresses were very hard but they did help by changing them but the double mattress was awful. The safe was old and not easy to open and close. Half the light in the one bedroom was not working. They didn't even supply tea towels or washing up liquid. The roof of the extractor over the stove was absolutely filthy and the base of the wardrobe in the main bedroom was thick with dust and dirt. We had to move the beds and they had never been swept under at all. There were notes about a toaster but there wasn't one - not that we needed one though. The young girls on the night shift were more efficient than the day staff. When one complained they just said 'yes' but really I doubt if any action was taken re the cleaning of the room. When I checked out I wanted to tip the manager off as to these facts but he was 'off' for the day and receptionist didn't adhere very well but said she would tell him.

Hotel bien place

Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et professionnel, très plaisant, Hôtel bien situé mais il a besoin de refurbishement total, le personnel est incroyable et ils ont nettoyé ma chambre et salle de bain sur base quotidienne, mais il ne suffit pas et je recommande hygien profonde (nuisibles vu dans la cuisine et salle de bain)

Reception and cleaning staff are quick to assist with any problems on the many stays we have enjoyed here. Quite good location not too close to noisy centre of town and just a minute's stroll to the sea which is visible from many of the rooms.

Simple and chilled

Rooms are a bit dated but extremely clean, from our balcony we had beautiful views to the sea and over the pool. Reception staff are exceptionally helpful and food and on site shop fairly priced compared to others around the area
