Zimmer waren belegt
Das Hotel wurde gut im Voraus gebucht, ca. 4 Wochen.
Bei der Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die reservierten Zimmer an die Kundschaft des Vortages weitervermietet wurden. Alle Zimmer waren belegt.
Nur auf energischen Druck meinerseits wurde der Rezeptionist dazu gebracht, uns neue Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel zu buchen.
Nebenbei fiel beim vielen diskutieren auf, das nicht unerheblicher Alkohol konsumiert worden war. Selbst das telefonieren fiel ihm schwer, zahlen zu lesen und und den gleiche Zahl am Telefon zu drücken und das noch in der gleichen Reihenfolge. Aussprache war der zweite Indikator, der Atem der Dritte.

En general todo bien. La limpieza y las instalaciones están muy bien, el trato del personal estuvo bien, aire acondicionado bien. Lo único a destacar como negativo es la cama, el algo dura.
