Very nice room. But the TV is in front of the bed instead of the couch. Terrible breakfast buffet. That was the major flaw. Slow to check us in but I can forgive that.

Customer service was not helpful with applying for the rewards, but I stay at this exact comfort suites regularly at least once a month. I asked for help with signing up and the front desk, lady was very rude and didn’t even try to help when I asked for help. Other than that I always enjoy my stay here.

The lady cleaning our floor was so nice. Check out was easy. My only complaint was the coffee and half and half were bad. I am pretty sure the half was bad it had clumps. But overall it was a good stay. The location was good and close to fast food places. And only about 25 mins away from PCB.
