Despite the unexpected situation, the hotel—and the country—deserve 1000 stars for how they made us feel during this time. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. The level of hospitality we experienced was beyond anything we expected. A very special thank you to Asif, the Rooms Manager, and Alejandra, the Public Relations Manager. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and their kindness meant so much to our family. While we have been looking for flights to return home, the truth is we almost don’t want to leave. It is the first time we have ever felt this way about a place. "We’ve had a wonderful time at the Raffles. The Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming - we did not have to lift a finger. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a stunning suite with views of the Palm/garden/beach. I recommend anyone the Raffles Club - we enjoyed our breakfasts and afternoon tea on the L6 terrace. We will be back soon!"
