Manager Eddie was very accommodating and staff was attentive and kind. Pets are welcome, pool was clean, and room was nice and cozy!

Terrible all around! This place was not pet friendly nor was the hotel manager, Eddie. He’s very unprofessional and has no business being in hospitality. I booked with Expedia and checking in was a nightmare right off the bat. They were apparently fully booked, but they placed me in their last room for “emergency.” Pretty sure they kicked out one of their “workers” last minute to accommodate. The room was gross, filthy carpet, dirty toilet and towels, and it stunk in words I can’t describe. I should’ve ran and demanded a refund then and there but was exhausted after traveling across the country and tried to make the best of it. I was waiting for my Golden Retriever to arrive via pet transport and when she arrived, Eddie pounded on the door and told me to get out- no dogs allowed in this particular room! I was confused, She’s cleaner than the room! I asked if I would be assigned another room and he responded with “This place is not for you.” He went on to complain about Expedia, taking no accountability for how horrible his customer service is. One star because ZERO is not an option. Because I booked with Expedia, it was an hour phone call to get a refund, thank goodness they granted.
