I loved the leafy wallpaper and monkey paintings in the halls/elevators. My room was quiet, bright, and clean, with pretty turquoise tables and white sheets/bed cover. The only thing that was odd was the smell of cooked cabbage near the elevators. But I loved my stay.

Pros - - staff was nice - provides beach towels and umbrellas - walkable distance to the beach and shops & restaurants at worth avenue. Cons - - Room smelled horrible (had a hard time falling asleep) - Carpet was sticky - Saw few ants on the tables. The ants multiplied by hundreds when food was on the table. I would not recommend this hotel. I hope they deep clean all the rooms/hotel thoroughly and maintain it properly.

This charming boutique hotel was easy to navigate, comfortable and accommodating. It has a coziness that induces relaxation. Thanks for making it a treat! I appreciated the late checkout also as my departing flight was delayed.

Wonderful stay! Fantastic service from the moment I pulled my car up to the entrance. The room was spacious (a suite) and immaculate. Comfortable bed. Zero noise heard from other hotel visitors. The pool was gorgeous. It's the perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops and beaches in Palm Beach. Also, very dog friendly which is a big plus for me. Oh, and the bar with fantastic live music by Bill was so much fun! Zero complaints. Highly recommend!

Quiet and peaceful. Staff attentive and personable. Great for a peaceful getaway. Lounge and dining make it convenient for a short stay. Pool area is quiet and relaxing. A nice retreat from hustle and bustle. Shopping and parks nearby. Easy Uber ride to West Palm Beach if you want more urban attractions.

Location was perfect for Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. Hotel staff was fantastic and pool was nice. However, while comparable for PB area, it was very expensive and I would suggest staying in West Palm Beach and going over there to visit.

Basically a rundown Holiday Inn. The furniture in the lobby had large holes in the fabric, it was so old and worn out! The carpet in our room was dingy and had been clumsily patched. The closets smelled moldy. This place is about 25 years past its "4 star" status - doesn't live up to its location. Time for a renovation!

We love staying at this hotel. It’s a beautiful quiet relaxing stay as always. Staff is overall very kind especially the bartender Candy, she is the best ever!! A few of the waiters were a little preoccupied but overall a great experience. The pool is wonderful and is a very relaxing setting. We love the Leopard Lounge, it’s always a great time. We will definitely be back soon!

Staff was excellent. Rooms are small but plenty of drawer space and bed was super comfortable. If you are spending the day in your room while in Palm Beach then something is wrong with you. I like the pool and hot tub

Since our last visit we found food prices too high. $28 for a hamburger is exceedingly high, Bottle of beer $9? So it appears they are trying to make up for lost revenues. Room rates were high.Their Courtyard dining is uncomfortable due to lack of ventilation and is a stale air hot zone. They replaced the old fans with wand fans which do not provide adequate cooling. Evenings in the Leopard lounge get rather noisy and the non resident visitors appeared to be older men with young hookers. Reception staff not as friendly as in the past, Wait staff some were good others not professional expected from a Carnation hotel. Overall this visit was not as pleasing as past visits. much more expensive. So may start to look at other Palm Beach hotel options in the future.
