Book for a birthday stay and it was such a lovely hotel. We were pleasant surprised at how spacious the hotel was. The service at the front desk was excellent, when we informed them that we had an early start to go the airport the accommodated us with a breakfast box of light bites. The Hotel breakfast was also *chefs kiss*, the organic jams were incredible

We had a perfect stay. The place just opened and everything was super new. Just take care by choosing your room. The room we booked was without proper window, this was not mentioned on the hotels.com platform at the time we made our booking. The staff was very supportive and as other rooms were available we could move to a super nice room with a balcony. We needed to pay for the upgrade, but the amount was super fair. We definitely would come back and fully recommend the hotel.

Ottima posizione, due minuti a piedi sei al Teatro Massimo (salotto della città). Camere molto pulite, accoglienti, pur essendo sulla strada principale sono silenziose. Prima colazione eccezionale, persino cannoli da riempire al momento. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Veramente consigliabile.

Hotel reformado , apenas 3 andares . Cama , banheiro , café da manhã excelente . Fazíamos tudo a pe, localização era bem central . Único ponto a melhorar , a iluminação pouco escura . Apenas esse detalhe que não interfere em nada na boa experiência que foi se hospedar nesse hotel .

Hotel im Zentrum von Palermo mit kurzen Fußwegen zum Hafen oder zu Supermärkten und dem Markt. Der Service in diesem Hotel ist sehr höflich und die Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber gehalten.

Soggiorno eccellente

Eccelente posizione su via Roma nel cuore di Palermo, bellissimo palazzo liberty,gentilissimi e disponibili alla reception ci hanno dato una stanza piu'grande di quella prenotata,stanza molto bella con ottimo materasso ,bellissimo e comodo anche il bagno.Colazione eccellente con prodotti biologici e poi i famosi cannoli siciliani! Molto belli anche i quadri esposti ,veri e non stampe ,di arte moderna.La sensazione piu' importante è stata quella di vivere in una casa nobile palermitana ma moderna.

Otel tamamlanmamış . Minibar var yazıyordu ancak yoktu. Odamda pencere yoktu . Odalar boya kokuyordu. Personel çözümden uzaktı . Verdiğim para asla bu bitmemiş otel için çok ama çok fazlaydı. Bitmeden kimseye tavsiye etmem. Odanın kapısı kırıktı.
