Great place to stay!

Checking into the hotel was a bit confusing at first, but the staff were helpful. The location is fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay for the price!

Good B&B for a couple nights! Perfect location for beach holiday. One note: Other residence forget to lock the appartment door (not room door). Ensure that they don't forget.

Mondello beach rooms was a great beach location for a few days, right in front of the beach, walkable to restaurants, very clean and spacious. The host was very responsive. The only downside for us was the noise at night. On weekends, there’s loud music from the restaurant next door. If you don’t plan to join their party, it’s not possible to sleep until 2am.

The building is literally in the front of the beach. Room is spacious and tidy. The bathroom is "shared" on the ad, however, you have a key for it so only you and your travel partner can use so that is a bonus. Other huge bonus was that I thought my check-out would be at noon but it was at 10am, so I left to the beach and when I got back the automated key wasnt working. I called them and they promptly let me stay until noon and activated my key back, so that was a huge kindness. Excellent and would recommend the Hotel.

The initial booking didn’t come with a floor, apartment, or room number. Just be careful if you don’t have the ability to call like I did because of my foreign phone number and lack of international minutes. Once I was able to communicate they were excellent. I would just recommend that their generated email have that information in it

The building has no name on it and you will have a difficult time finding it. it is also extremely run down. we were greeted by bees and roaches and a filthy floor. elevators hardly work. you need to hit the button 10 times for something to happen. not to mention it sounds like it's gonna break down every second. the entire property has an extremely foul sewage like smell. it's atrocious. we had to hold our breath in the private bathroom. the key for the bathroom is also ancient. you have to bend down and look into the keyhole to get it in somehow. extremely run down. thin walls. i can hear everyone. also the maid was very rude. check out was 10 and she barged into my room at 10 on the dot without even a knock asking to clean and when i asked for 2 minutes she shook her head at me. 1 minute later she was banging on my door telling me to leave. i would never stay here again. the property is close to the beach but all chairs were closed for some reason and we had to lay towel out in front of the chairs since they were fenced off and the waves got us and our towels soaked and sandy. ruined the beach day. we left because of discomfort. there is no lobby and nobody to ask any questions too either. this building looks like it's going to collapse. spend the extra money and stay somewhere better. this place sucks.

L unico aspetto positivo è la cortesia della ragazza che risponde ad un numero di cellulare per le emergenze Il resto uno schifo totale, vomitevole Siamo rimasti chiusi fuori due ore perche l app che apre la porta non funzionava e non ha mai funzionato Dopo ip pagamento ci mandano un messaggio che la nostra camera ha un bagno privato, ma devi uscire dalla stanza, percorrere un corridoio in comune con la altte stanze e aprire un altra porta dove si trova un bagno E per una notte poteva pure starci, ma è stata drammatica per la puzza di escrementi che fuoriusciva quando qualcuno del palazzo tirava l acqua. Attenzione, non puzza di fogna, ma proprio di escrementi che mettevano il vomito Che l acqua calda andava e veniva è un piccolissimo dettaglio insignificante in confronto alle esalazioni di escrementi Disastroso tutto, 81 euro buttate, era molto piu confortevole dormire in macchina

A tener en cuenta.

La limpieza bien, pero molestan muy tprano aun dicie do que no queriamos que hicieran la habitación, cuando llegamos mandamos ensajes porque no podiamos entrar y el correo tampoco contestaron.El baño que era el externaltenia un holor.a caño horrible y la puerta de entrada a los apartamentos esta en muy .al estado lo que es el pestillo de la puerta que es donde se pone el codigo.

Un incubo! La camera è all’interno di un appartamento di un condominio, da ristrutturare, di fronte alla spiaggia di Mondello. La camera pulita, ma con infissi in legno piuttosto datati, era senza balcone. Televisore non funzionante. Nel bagno numerose formiche vicino al lavabo. Non è incluso il parcheggio, malgrado ci sia un garage pubblico sotto il condominio, perciò bisogna cercare il posto per l’auto pagando il parcheggio, strisce blu, dalle 8 alle 20. Ma la cosa tragica è stato scoprire che sotto le nostre finestre ci fosse una discoteca all’aperto con musica altissima a tal punto da far vibrare vistosamente i vetri dei vecchi infissi. Volume delle casse fortissimo, sembrava che le finestre fossero aperte, impossibile dormire fino alle 2 di notte. Assurdo! Due notti da incubo. Mi chiedo come si faccia a dare per scontata una situazione del genere senza preoccuparsi di informare gli eventuali clienti di questa situazione.

Läget är utmärkt och rummet såg ut som på bilderna. Vi hade privat badrum i korridoren som var helt ok. Städningen var inte så bra, verkade inte ha dammsugits under sängen på länge. Dock luktade det gott när man kom in i rummet. Sängen var bäddad med överlakan där det blå täcket såg ut att ha en del spår som inte såg så fräscha ut, påslakan hade varit bättre och mer hygieniskt.
