Le pire B&B du séjour. A éviter

Le B&B est central mais le propriétaire ne signale pas qu’il est situé en ZTL ainsi que le parking payant qu’il indique. Donc si vous ne voulez pas payer l’amende il faut trouver un autre parking. Prendre en compte qu’il ne garde pas les bagages donc ça oblige à faire un AR au parking pour les laisser dans la voiture (ce qui nous a pris 45mn de marche), donc enlève tout l’intérêt de loger là. Chambre bien décorée mais matelas très dur. Petit-déjeuner pitoyable : juste 1 croissant, pas de pain, pas de fruit, biscuit et jus industriel. Tout cela avec une amabilité purement commerciale !

I had a great stay at CentruMaqueda. The position is excellent, and really allowed me to enjoy Palermo at the fullest. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Finally, Alessandro is a fantastic host - funny, kind, and always happy to help/give advice on his city. He even made fresh croissant every morning and they were amazing! I'll definitely be back.

Lovely b&b in the center of Palermo

Lovely b&b directly in the center of Palermo - the location is really perfect! Beautiful, modern room with own balcony and a great view. Delicious breakfast was done freshly every day. The host Alessandro was always available and helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay there :)

Siamo stati qui per una notte con il nostro cagnolino.Ci siamo trovati benissimo,zona centralissima a due passi dallae principali attrazioni e dai locali . Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir super freundlich begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr sauber und alles ist in einem top Zustand! Obwohl die Lage zentraler nicht sein könnte, bekommt man von dem Lärm der Stadt nichts mit und kann sich sehr gut entspannen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super und sorgt dafür, dass es auch in dem oberen Stockwerk nicht zu heiß wird. Die Einrichtung hat mir besonders gefallen, da sie alte Holzbalken an der Decke mit modernen Elementen kombiniert. Generell merkt man, dass sich der Besitzer hier große Mühe gibt und einem auch mit ehrlichem Rat und Tat zur Seite steht, wenn man etwas benötigt. Ich habe mich hier von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder!

Alessandro è stato davvero disponibile ed attento alle nostre esigenze. La pulizia fin nei minimi particolari sia della camera che del bagno, l'attenzione alle colazioni con cornetti ogni giorno freschi di forno e la farcitura a noi gradita; il terrazzino a disposizione per trascorrere ore al sole, le informazioni per le visite alla città e le segnalazioni per ristoranti e bar vicini alla struttura hanno reso il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Consigliatissimo!!!

Great room, lovely and clean and the hosts were absolutely lovely, our our broke down and they helped us for 4 hours as the rental company did not speak English. Outstanding help! The room is large with a perfect bathroom and a great Terrace looking over the city. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Perfect location and room

It was perfect as it was everything we wanted/needed in a bnb - great room that was spacious, comfortable and clean, local breakfast (croissant) and coffee provided by the host which was lovely, and in a perfect location - central to all the main areas and a very easy walk back from everywhere at night. Great value for money, would definitely recommend!

This is a two room guest house on the top two floors of a small apartment building centrally located within walking distance os all locations in the old town. Alessandro, the owner is exceedingly helpful and kind. Staying here is more like being in your own apartment that a hotel.

We received a very warm welcome. Alessandro & Tony, the owners, are very friendly, reliable and helpful. The location is ideal, exactly in the center of the city, close to Via Maqueda and all the other extraordinary sites of Palermo. Rooms are nicely renovated, very clean. Our preference goes to the room "Dreams", with its terrace and its view on Palermo's roofs. Definitely the place to be in Palermo ! :-)

Un piacevole soggiorno al centruMaqueda

Ho soggiornato due notti presso il CentroMaqueda e mi sono trovato a mio agio. La struttura è pulita, ben arredata e molto confortevole. Anche la posizione è strategica per coloro che desiderano visitare il centro città. Alessandro, il titolare, è molto educato e disponibile: il giorno della mia partenza mi ha preparato la colazione con largo anticipo rispetto all'orario stabilito in quanto dovevo uscire di prima mattina. Davvero un piacevole soggiorno.
