I stayed one night in Palermo, and since it’s almost impossible to find a hotel with parking in the city center, this hotel was a great find. It offers free parking, which is a huge advantage. The rooms are large and comfortable, the price is very affordable, and the reception staff is warm and friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

We LOVED this hotel.

This little hotel is a gem. Our room seemed brand new in all ways and super clean. Yet the exterior buildings have the character of a Palermo hotel from the 1800s, and I mean that as a compliment. Great air conditioning. The breakfast is fabulous including the best croissants I have ever tasted, with 4 or 5 choices of fillings. If you need something in this part of town or somewhat close to the airport, this is a winner.

A green lovely place!

What a lovely green place in Palermo. The room was big, perfect airconditioning, good breakfast and a nice balcony. We parked the car and took a taxi in to Palermo (it was 39’) for a cost of €40 both ways. They drive like crasy in the city.

Very clean, quiet air con, no mosquitoes in the bedroom. Generous breakfast. Friendly staff. Great space for office work and comfortable bed. Sky tv. Noisy because of the receptions next door and concerts nearby. Ok if you choose a room in the 400-odd numbers. Restaurant food was ok. Menu a bit boring to eat every day, but no issue as there are plenty of choices nearby, at walking distance.

Overall the hotel isn’t too bad. We found a cockroach in the shower, called someone to remove it. When we informed the receptionist at check out, she did not bat an eye, no apologies, she couldn’t care less. Next to the hotel there’s a bar/pub that played loud music until midnight.

Very limited and sketchy parking situations didn’t feel safe leaving property to look for parking or dining. Property has potential but it’s like it’s become the party hotel for young people. Additionally the night of our stay there was a party of about 100 teenagers on a school or group trip which took over the entire facility. They were incredibly loud overnight and they blocked all the walkways in the morning forcing us to dragged luggage across green spaces just to get to front desk.
