We had a very pleasant stay at Hostal Resedencia Catalina. A soon as you step in, it feels like you go a little bit back in time with the old school interior. Also the kindness and hospitality of the staff is outstanding. They make you feel welcome and noticed. Start your day with a good breakfast at the lounge and walk within 5 minutes to the city center or 12 minute walk to the main beach of Palamos!

Amazing value for money in the Costa Brava

The hostal was a great stay! Firstly they had no issues with use bringing our dog which is amazing. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful antique furniture and comfortable beds. I especially loved the included breakfast which had everything from scrambled eggs to fresh fruit with a selection of fresh breads and coffee. We couldn’t have had a better stay so look forward to coming back the next time we visit! Thanks again!

Beautiful quiet hotel with nice breakfast

Cute hotel on a quiet street close to the pedestrian part of downtown. Beautiful antique wooden furniture and decorations. The innkeeper is very friendly and speaks many languages. Check in was smooth and professional and our room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was very nice, served in a gorgeous dining room with various breads and Spanish meats and cheese as well as American style eggs, bacon, cereal, plus fruit and yogurt. Highly recommend, great value and a pleasant stay in beautiful Palamós.
