"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. "The stay was simply cozy, peaceful, serene, homey, and rejuvenating. The place is magical and beautiful and extremely well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and prepared from homegrown products. The owner and operator of the property is sweet and extremely responsive! "Communication was horrible and did not live up to the bilingual standard. Plus they moved my family to another room last minute while my 7 month old was in a bath. Didn't even attempt to Whatsapp me. Nor did they respond fairly quickly when messaged through this app. They don't offer cleaning services as listed only the cleaning lady will do it as a favor but will charge you. Highly inconvenient over all. Was a beautiful place but lack of communication was so awful we decided to go stay...

"The accommodation was very nice and clean, everything works (a/c etc.), bedding was very comfortable. Our hosts Francesco and Maria went out of their way to make our stay special. Breakfast was very nice. Location is also great - in old town - all restaurants are within walking distance 5-7 min"

"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"It is not a Bed & Breakfast ...it is an airBnB ! Welcoming was null , except an comunication by using WhatsApp. We never saw the owner. Parking is very far from room and it depends if you are lucky or not to find a place to park ! Breakfast is very poor it is only one coffee with only one croissant The only positive things is cleanliness of the room. No swimming pool as it was specified in the descriptif."
