"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and amazing, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. As first-time visitors to Seoul, we especially appreciated that the hotel stored our luggage for four days while we traveled to Busan. It gave us such peace of mind and made our trip so much easier. The amenities were also excellent. Having a washing machine and a good-sized refrigerator made our stay much more convenient and comfortable.
