Our stay at Sadie’s was great! The room was in OK shape but was a great deal for the price. AC worked really well, towels and linens are nice which are the 3 most important things for me. Would like to see lawn chairs by the pool.

We went to American Samoa to visit the National Park and this hotel is right near the visitor center. It has a great beach on property, and we swam in it every day. There is also a great restaurant alongside the property that serves meals all day that are tasty, great portions and reasonably priced. The property is in need of repair and upkeep outside. However, the hotel is very historical and has the charm of Samoa.

The property is beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant staff were awesome, the food was just perfect to our liking; you need to try their Sword Fish and all the dishes prices were very reasonable. The place has both a beach and a swimming pool for the guests preference.

One of the staff at the frontdesk was very rude, water was dripping from the aircon, no shower curtain, no compliementary tea or coffee and sugar, raindrops also dripping from the balcony, bedsheets are old with stains and also found some hairstrands..not sure if they're washing the laundry after each guest.

とてものんびりできるホテル。リセプションの応対もとても親切で、レストランもなかなかでした。 庭の掃除も行き届き、目の前の海はきれいで、左側の岩付近にはサンゴもあって、魚がたくさん見られます。 シュノーケルはほかでもやりましたが、ここのほうが魚の種類が多く、特に引き潮から満ち潮になるころが楽しめました。 ホテルの絵葉書を、歩いて行ける町の中心にあるヴィジターズ・インフォメイションで見つけました。（ホテルにあったのかどうか？）

We were very excited to visit Pago Pago however the hotel was not what we thought we would get, I do under stand that the hotel would not be a five star however we paid good money & the room was not worth what we paid yes we had a larger room but this needs to have some work done we had rain and the wall had big bubbles of water in it as the room was leaking, outside patio was dirty, not sure when that was cleaned last, this needs to be replaced by tiles,the house keepers are not very efficient the floors were not cleaned & to get information was really hard there was not information on the hotel in your room, the pool needed a good clean to remove the mold around the edge This could be a really good place to stay if the managers/owners take time to fix it up then you may receive some tourists it is a beautiful island and a great place to relax. The food in the café/restaurant was great. As there is little choice on the island to stay I think that with a little makeover it would be great. The people were friendly and the shuttle service was great.

I enjoyed the fact that this property was right on the water with a private beach, food was within walking distance, and the snorkeling on the reef was good. The staff were helpful in solving any issues that arose. The weekends and Thanksgiving day were busy, but other times there were very few people around allowing me to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation whether I was snorkeling in the ocean, or just enjoying the view of sunset from my balcony.

This is the best location in town and the best place to go swimming. This central location is convenient. The rooms are sizable and the bathroom is huge. My TV remote was missing but who needs TV in a place like this?

Sadies By The Sea ist sehr gut platziert, um das Insel Tutueila zu erkündigen. Das Personal waren freundlich, aber spät am Abend ist der Empfang nicht mehr besetzt. Das ist mir ein grosses Problem geworden als ich eine Nacht entdeckt, dass meine Nachbarn die ganze nacht Party feiern wollten und spielte extrem lauter Musik (bis 6 Uhr am nächsten Morgen) - es war niemanden vom Hotel erreichbar weder die Kontaktnummer noch Security hat geantwortet. Das Zimmer war sauber und es steht ein Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle zur Verfügung, aber das Safe hat nicht funktioniert. Das Essen im Goat Island Restaurant war okay aber relativ teuer.

The hotel location is good. The room has smell of ant spread and old sewer. But it should be expected as this is not a top-modern resort. I love the experience overall. Per pole are very friendly. The hotel feels safe too.

Disappointing

Well when we entered the room there were roaches in sink/ kitchen area of room. I had to spray for roaches and killed a bigger one two days later. Rooms need a lot of remodeling.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. I love that it was right next to the beach with a beautiful view, we had both options of swimming in the pool or at the beach and the hotel is located right in the middle of town so everything's just about in walking distance. When there was a problem, the staff was always quick to fix it, there was no wait time. There was always staff around to keep the hotel grounds very clean, the Goat Café was always excellent with the customer service and the people friendly waitresses. I look forward to future visits at Sadies by the Sea.
