The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, it’s all good. But breakfast had missing items and no one was there to replace them or clean the tables between customers. Maybe someone was out that day… The employees that we interacted with at reception and cleaning were all great.

This is my new go-to hotel when traveling and making Paducah my “halfway point” where I stop. There is a Texas Roadhouse restaurant across the street so I love to stop here, get a good clean comfortable room, and walk over to the restaurant for dinner.

Paducah Pet Stop

Great place for dogs, very comfortable bed. Everything you need including restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Room was large and quiet. No elevator and mediocre breakfast gave it a lower rating for us.

Bad room

We were just passing through and needed a night to sleep. We have a dog so got a pet room. Room just seemed dirty and smelled terrible. I understand it's a pet room but no reason for it to smell that way. The blinds were broken and hanging off the wall. Bed was comfortable but the smell was atrocious.

Check in went well and staff were friendly. Our room had a very musty smell with possible mold issues. It appeared there had been damage from a storm in the area earlier as many of the hotels were being repaired. This property must have suffered water damage which lead to this smell. Our room was in great need of additional repairs and a makeover. We did stay for the night but would not return to this property in it's current state. Disappointed to say the least.

Very nice employees

People were lovely. It was the condition of the room. Curtains were shredded, wallpaper looked moldy and was coming off of the wall, the bathroom caulking was horrible, the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The other thing was the quality of the Kleenex and toilet paper, I get they are saving money but it was terribly thin. You use more when things are one ply so how much money are you saving?

The breakfast was bare minimum, I wouldn't rely on it as an actual meal just toast and cereal. The room was a bit musty and never cleared up with that basement odor my entire stay. Other than that it was a clean and convenient location hotel.

Comfortable nights stay

The staff was helpful and friendly. The building itself needs some work. Breakfast was minimal but ok. Location is good. Right off the highway, close to restaurants and stores. Pool has been permanently closed for 5 years. No sign of doing anything with it.

I travel alot for work, stayed in another hotel chain a couple nights before this who charged $50 for incidentals, which is reasonable. I was shocked when this one wanted $250 for incidentals - and was told by the clerk that people have "thrown TVs out the window". Ok, well I'm an almost 60 year old woman traveling for business, I'm not going to be throwing a TV out the window. She said the charge varies by the location. So, be prepared if you have limited funds. The facility itself was fine - clean, the bedding was comfortable, yet some of the furnishings were old, including a 20-year old sofa with a large hole in the seat cushion, and a vanity light with a burned out bulb. The facility definitely has some age but is decent and I slept well. The breakfast area had cereal, breads, muffins, waffles, yogurt and no fruit. Upon leaving in the morning, it appeared there were two homeless people sleeping in the courtyard. (Maybe they didn't have the $250 in their account for incidentals..)
