"Good staff but the room needs a proper renovation not only patching: a hole on the bathtub wall was filled with caulking! Patio door frame was not screw properly to the wall, hence the patio door didn’t close. A relatively low issue since we were at a gated hotel. Couple of unwritten ruled unmentioned when booked: fitness center closed every 3rd of the month for maintenance, not allowed to bring exterior food, Easy parking and close to tourism sites"

"Our family stay was wonderful at the hotel. Service at hotel was amazing very attentive and helpful. The room was on the smaller size but was very clean and accommodated us with 2 beds for 4 people as other hotels wanted us to get 2 separate rooms. The restaurant for breakfast at hotel was delicious (not the buffet one). Wish the pool was heated for the little ones but my son still got in, we also went in February so it’s a little chillier at nights.my son loved the playground and bubbles they were offering for kids activities. Place was also a 8 minute walk to main park. Would def stay here again."

"Food and service great. The buildings are a little old but clean. Probably the renovation they are doing now will help to make it more confortable."

"The room and staff were fine, but the noise was truly unbearable. The walls were paper thin, which meant I had to bear hearing my neighbours having a great time (if you get what I mean) late at night, and in the morning you can hear everything by 6AM. I believe they’ve fixed many of the other problems other comments have voiced, but the lack of noise isolation was truly unbearable. In addition, their wifi is about as good as a wall decoration, I don’t think it worked once during my 4 day stay here"

"It’s a decent place to relax and have fun. Internet was slow but staff were very friendly and courteous. No refrigerator in some rooms which is bad. Lack of amenities, but if you are hoping to relax by ocean in a clean environment this is the place to be. "
