Beautiful and super clean.

The lobby and atmosphere is beautiful. Everything looks to be updated and very clean. Check In/Out was a breeze. Very friendly staff. The room was very clean and nicely updated. We had a king bed in a suite. My only problem was the bed was super firm. Other than that our stay was amazing. They have a restaurant in the lobby thats open late and super early. Everything you need is honestly within walking distance as well. Close to everything.

We didn’t get a confirmation from the hotel or expedia. We hurried and booked another motel. The day of getting to there we see Expedia has us booked at Rodeway inn. So we explained the not getting confirmation he said he would cancel then found out I got charged for a day. We won’t book with expedia or any one else with out getting motel directly

Within 2 hours of being there my eyes started swelling and I couldn’t breath, went somewhere else and after an hour of being gone I could breath again

Room absolutely reeked of smoke. My clothes smelt of cigarette smoke upon leaving. No spare roll of toilet paper. No coffee making facilities. The fella at reception was sure that i did not have a booking. This was until i produced paperwork. He miraculously found something. Not a place that I would recommend unless absolutely necassary, which was my case.

The bed was really soft.but the room was not very clean. I had my service dog with me and a friend was picking me up and he had his little dog with him and i was accused of having two dogs. And the lady was the first one to come to the truck and ask about towels and I told her I only had one. And then the man comes all the way to the window yelling that i had tow dogs

House keeping kept coming to my door at 9am in the morning when I told them I work 3rd shift if I need any assistance I’ll call the office to let them know kept opening my door all the way open letting flies in kept checking my room for guest or smoking I honestly felt racially profiled… every time anyone of my family came to deliver food they come out and yell no guest said I can’t have no one pull up in. They parking lot gave me one big towel and one small knowing it was 5 people in the room ( and the towels was dirty) it’s was just a totally disgusting mess will not book again

NASTY HOTEL!!

It was the most disgusting room I have ever walked into. We checked in after the races were over, went to eat, then came back and went to the room. After walking in and checking everything we left and found a new hotel!! We turned the key right back in. I had a baby with me and I was so livid I almost called the health department because no one should have to pay and have to sleep in a room like that! The pillows were yellow, black stuff on the lamp shade, the chair was covered in nastiness, the beds were filled with stains, bugs, debris, holes burned in the blanket from a cigarette, and there was a hole cut out of the wall in the shower! Garbage piled up on the balcony and the people in the room beside up was obnoxiously loud and running up and down the hallways, yelling, partying, or whatever they were doing.

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. It felt very unsafe as people at all hours of the night would walk past my door and window. People would stare. The office lady was nice however the cleaning lady wasn’t. She didn’t speak English well and it was hard to understand what she was saying. I looked on the booking website and it said it was pet friendly and did not mention a pet fee. The cleaning lady kept approaching me as I was trying to put my dog in my car. She kept asking over and over whether I’d pay the pet fee with cash or card and I told her repeatedly that I don’t carry cash. It made me assume she was trying to pocket the money. I was very upset as I had to pay $20 per night for my dog to stay with me in total it was $60. As a single woman in a state and city that isn’t home I don’t appreciate the demeanor and the way the lady was coming off about the money. She had no respect for personal space as she kept inching closer and closer to me and my dog. I also requested a non-smoking room, in which I was not given. The room I had was run down and dirty. It smelt of cigarette smoke. I was not very pleased about this. But again as a single woman in a new place I did not feel comfortable going to the office to switch rooms. I dealt with it, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t too dirty, however there was weird stains on the toilet. The floors in the room were disgusting. If you need a quick place that’s cheap go for it, but otherwise save your time and money.

The guy that runs the place was very rude to me and my friend me and my girlfriend and her friend stay in the room together the next morning we leave before my gf friend left we get a phone call from her friend saying the guy came to our room after we left and was very rude to her telling her it was not her room for her to leave so we tried calling the office nobody would answer for us the room was terrible the air conditioner did not work right it blowed out hot air the refrigerator did not work the TV was broke off the wall the smoke detector did not work and had no battery in it there was no iron in the room and no chairs or anything to sit in just a bed I was very unhappy with the way the room was and for the manager the guy that runs the place being very rude to us that is one place I will not ever go back to
