El lugar es discreto, acogedor, buen desayuno con un muy buen pan amasado, muy buena atención y agradable. Buena decoración y habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. La sustentabilidad no es su fuerte, si uno deja el jabón abierto lo reponen al otro día, al igual que las toallas. Si las dejas colgadas, reponen por unas limpias al otro día. Hemos ido varias veces y 1a vez que nos pasa, pero tuvimos 2 días con agua fría en la ducha.

Fue muy buena experiencia, el hotel es muy bueno, un lugar tranquilo, la atención del personal es excelente, la comida en restaurante muy buena, productos frescos y muy bien preparados, el desayuno rico. Para los que gustan del aire libre hay parques naturales a una distancia razonable.

El hotel muy bueno y acogedor, limpieza extraordinaria. Lo malo fue que a pesar de haber hecho el pago a través de la aplicación el Hotel cobró el impuesto aparte que tuve que pagar presencial. Se supone que iba incluido dentro de lo que se paga en la aplicación. Espero les sirva para que tengan presente en el presupuesto al momento de reservar.

La habitación, no era lo que se esperaba. La limpieza dejaba bastante de desear, el restaurante solo funcionó 1 día de los 4 días que estuvimos, la comida no tenía relación precio calidad, sus platos no eran buenos siendo que su carta es bastante reducida.

La estadía fue muy agradable. El lugar es tranquilo y bonito, excelente para un buen descanso. Almendra (llama) se roba todas las miradas junto a sus amigos conejos. Quisiera destacar especialmente la atención recibida por don Daniel Rivera, quien estuvo muy preocupado por darnos la mejor atención y servicio. Recomiendo el lugar.

En general todos muy atentos , pero hay que pedir delivery , no hay servicio de comida y tampoco habilitados comedores para poder cenar con lo que se pide desde fuera Me parece que con buenas medidas de higiene se podría hacer más confortable la estadía

el hotel es muy bueno, tiene buenas instalaciones, muy buen servicio de piscina y playa, todo incluido, no cobran los fees de reposeras, toallas, o piscina. El gymnasio es excelente todo siempre limpio. La oportunidad de mejora viene por el club de los niños que es una sala pequeña con mala ventilación y no tienen realmente el entretenimiento que se menciona en la pagina del hotel, para haber sido elegido como el mejor hotel para niños en Miami.

fui a pasar un fin de semana con mi esposa fue una experiencia q jamas espere por lo mal atendido no nos hicieron la habitacion mal atendido en el restoran y no es q exagere xq cuando no llevaron la cena no pusieron cubiertos sin individuales sin servilletas solamente la cena nose parecia broma pero lo q me asombro fue la escusa del garzon .no lo recomiendo prefieran otro hotel talvez no les van a ofrecer tantas comodidades pero los atienden bien
