Breakfast is almost not existing, heating system broke at night & woke up on AC blowing cold air when the nights were 0 degrees! No hot water in the morning, electrical plugs falling off the walls. Hotel needs a serious renovation!

I've been coming to this hotel for the ten latest years as a sales rep, about twice every quarter, for three reasons I keep coming back: the rooms are some of the largest in Oujda, I always take the junior suite which is twice as big as the basic room. Since I started coming, I would have a problem every two or three stays. The breakfast is a catastrophe; I told the director numerous times, but he never listened. This stay, I took a junior suite, and there was nothing in the room: no glasses, no water bottle, no fruits, no soap, nor shampoo. It's usually the case when a lot of things are missing, but this time it was worse than usual. Still didn't talk about the number of pillows, which isn't up to standards....
A concealed passage is situated above the bathtub. Furthermore, it is peculiar that several sections of the hotel have been closed for renovation in recent years.
Some suspicious tracks may be some mishrom species.
This is the bathroom, it's bare. People have a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, plus even the smallest hotel offers shampoo or/and gel. Here they don't.

En ce qui concerne l'hôtel rien à dire c'était très bien. Par contre je ne dirais pas autant pour hotels.com quand j'arrive à l'hôtel ma réservation était annulée le paiement annulé j'ai dû repayer et j'ai été prélevé par paypal je paye deux fois le séjour.

Il y’a énormément d’amélioration à faire dans cet hotel : ascenseur pas éclairé, lit et tête de lit qui fait du bruit, l’état des grilles de ventilation sont très sales et anciens, Sonorisation forte. Seul point fort : l’accueil et l’amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel est impeccable.

L’équipe est le principal point fort

Le personnel de la réception ainsi que les chasseurs sont excellents, gentils et professionnel. La responsable du service d’étage est une gentille dame même si la propreté n’est pas toujours à 100%. Toutefois, la musique jouée autour de la piscine jusqu’à plus de minuit est à un volume trop élevé, comme il fait chaud, il est impossible de fermer les fenêtres. Difficile de se reposer. Le petit déjeuner est à éviter, je recommande n’importe quel café aux alentours. Les serviettes étaient sales et sont vraiment trop petites. À part ça, l’hôtel est correct

Situé au centre de Oujda et a proximité de tout Nous avons bien été accueilli, personnels de la réception très gentil notamment Hamza, Mehdi. Les chambres sont très propres et les lits très confortable. Petit déjeuner au top C'est la deuxième fois qu'ont vient dans cette hôtel et ont est pas déçu. Hôtel familial et très propre.
