The main character is the cala, beautiful! But other than that the experience was very bad, the advertised and paid room did not exist, we booked a triple room e balcony and got put on a double w a queen bed, when we went to check they moved us to a tiny one with two single beds and that’s when they owned the fact that the booked room did not exist in the property. The front desk staff has no autonomy to make decisions to solve the issue and the director was not available. We checked out an hour after the 10am check out time which was the only thing they offered to ‘compensate’ for the issue. Overall a very bad experience, great cala, bad place to stay.
