Excellent Service from Jose and staff

We could not have asked for better service and hospitality from Jose and staff at this hostel. In a great location close to all amenities and transport right outside the front door. Room was spacious enough with TV and great wifi, cleaning daily and really hot water in the shower. Fridge available in upstairs communal kitchen and free coffee/tea. Jose was always helpful with information and put us in the right direction with helpful hints to make sure we had a good time in Otavalo. Our Spainish was very basic but Jose was patient and together we made things happen and picked up some more of the language. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back if in the area again.

Excellent staff, were very helpful in directing us around town, helping arrange rides, and even storing our baggage for us after we had checked out of our room. Rooms are sufficient for the budget traveler, clean, and quiet. A good choice, definitely recommend it!
