This is great hotel, conveniently located for the old town with lots of parking nearby. Seems to have been recently refurbished to a high standard. Room spacious, quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast with ample choice. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Well-located. Almost brand-new. Delightful & supremely helpful staff. Breakfast Fabulous! Breads, coffees, fruits, meats. Juices too. Sea view from lobby & room. We neededcactaxi to a restaurant a half hour away and they arranged for it for us. Only complaint was slow elevator when hotel was full.

Nice new hotel. Friendly and accomodating staff. Very helpful when my travel companion became ill. Quick walk to the historical center and plenty of dining options nearby. Windows are soundproof. Breakfast plentiful with lots of variety. Dining room has a wall of windows looking toward the sea. Nice lobby to lounge in. Small bar in lobby.

Great Hotel with Exceptional Staff!

Everything about our stay was great and it all started from check in. The front desk was exceptional with their friendliness and helpfulness. Leonardo was so helpful; came with us to make sure we were parked in proper place on street (got us to a handicapped parking spot) and helped with the luggage. Claudia was exceptional in helping us to figure out a place for dinner and making us a reservation and also a reservation for an olive farm tour. She was great about helping my husband with the parking meter on street. Super helpful and such a pleasant person.

“If you’re visiting Ostuni, this is the place to stay! From the moment we checked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome right away. Our room was immaculate and offered a stunning panoramic view. We were lucky to arrive on Sant’Oronzo day, and from our window, we had a perfect view of the fireworks and the “processione”. While everything about our stay was exceptional, the outstanding service from the staff is what made it truly memorable. Thank you for an incredible stay!

The property mainly serves bed and breakfast and is located in between a busy pay car park and a busy narrow street so we found parking an issue. That said the breakfast was excellent and the rooms and design of the building are very good and the staff were fantastic in helping us in any wary they could.We particularly wish to praise Christian and Leonardo who helped us with luggage parking and restaurant booking. The hotel is very fortunate to have such professional and caring members of staff. Overall they made our brief visit a pleasure.
