"The breakfast was typical, nothing special, those coffee machines should be banned in all of italy! Unfortunately, all hotels are now using them, the coffee is horrible, it's italy, the coffee should be an experience! "

"The room was modern and clean. The bathroom was beautifully updated. The roof top restaurant had a beautiful view and the food was delicious. Very walkable to shops and the Duomo."

" The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. It was more of a 30 minute walk to shopping, not 13 minutes. Restaurants nearby were fair and the nicer ones were about a 20 minute walk. Our room was wonderful and loved the balcony. We did not use the amenities or the hotel restaurant."

"Ideal location for being next to Central Station. Staff and bar staff were friendly and hospitable. Room was nice and clean and the bathroom layout was very nice. Great view from my window of the station at night."
