Nice Place

Overall, the hotel was a great stay. Our room was clean and ready. The restaurant was open and decent. The only issue was the pool area. The chlorine was burning our eyes and we weren't even in the water. We were just sitting there.

I did not like that we spent more to stay here then the surrounding hotels and breakfast was not included. The hot tub was nice but had to ask when it was open or anything else. Would have been nice to get this information at check in.

The hotel was great! Only thing very stuffy I had bad allergies there and as soon as we left they were better. Emily at the front desk is awesome. She was the best front desk person I have ever dealt with at a hotel. She was very good to our basketball group! If you ever need a person to talk to when calling always ask for Emily she is great! Thanks Emily for making the Hammond Community feel welcomed with we were there for state basketball

The room was nice however my shower spray was broken and the toilet seat was very loose. I had several problems with keys getting into my room. Overall not very impressed.

Billing mess up and food order messed up

The check in did not go very well. The hotel tried to double charge me. And made me stand around and me call Hotel.com to straighten out. Only to have Hotel.com call them., and put me in hold. Not sure why they couldnt call. This almost made us late for the state Basketball Tourney we were here to see. Also they messed up our breakfast orders and gave us the wrong food.

Took a long time to check in the woman at the front desk was having a hard time, with what I don't know but the man at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast was a disaster, the food was mediocre but the service was terrible and they were rude.

The breakfast was nice and if you include it when you book the room it's a very good deal. The pool area had dirt on the floor the entire time and no one seemed to clean it up. Which makes you wonder what else they aren't cleaning. Decent hotel for the price, not the cleanest but not the worst

Loved our stay! The front desk staff was so helpful and welcoming! They automatically put us in joining rooms when I booked two which worked perfect because we were traveling with kids! Great location and overall very nice hotel!

We were told as soon as they saw that we were from the area that they could not let us stay there. They are only renting to people that live over a 40 mile radius of the hotel. There was nothing saying that when I rented the room. There was no explanation or anything. I will never try to rent a room at any Hilton or affiliate.

The hotel was quite nice but the hallways were freezing not just cold but frigid. Other than that though our room was clean and nice the restaurant was nice for both dinner and breakfast.
