We had a very comfortable stay at the Rayan Hotel. Breakfast was abundant. The hotel is close to the large park and government buildings, making it an excellent location to stay in.

Good hotel needs to address a few issues

Had a good stay here in a nice hotel conveniently place for walking to main sights in Osh. Room was good but had a TV in one part that didn't show any TV....only internet browser. Also, as unable to flush toilet paper down the lower, could have done with a bigger bin or it being emptied more often. Breakfast was nice but if you get down late your choice will be limited and hot food not kept hot. Having said all that I think it's a good place to stay and if they address the small issues would make it a great place to stay.

Clean, comfy, friendly

Rooms are very clean, bed very comfy, bathroom modern and clean. Staff on front desk spoke good english and were very helpful with our questions. Breakfast very good.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel twice - at the beginning and end of our trip to Kyrgyzstan. The service was impeccable (special mention to BubuSara & Arslan at the front desk), the rooms were very comfortable, and the amenities very sufficient and well-thought of. Breakfasts were included in the room rate - and there was a lot to choose from. The coffee was good!! Location wise, the hotel is within walking distance to all the highlights Osh has to offer. It's only a small hotel, but the service of the staff is the thing that made this hotel special. I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again if I ever return to Osh. Overall, highly recommended!!!

Raving About Rayan

Erkin, the sales manager was great! I couldn't stay at the Rayan for the entire week I was there because their rooms were sold out for 1 night so he helped me reserve another room at another hotel and tried to negotiate a good price for me. Then he offered free transportation to the other hotel. Wonderful customer service and hotel staff!

New hotel. Sparkling clean and fresh. Overbooked by mistake when we were to check-in, resulting in not getting the room asked for, otherwise no complaints at all. Decent breakfast.
